They are excellent, I looked up for my second hand 2020 macbook pro on the website according to my requirements. Then I went to the Manhattan store and asked for the equipment, configuration and physical condition of the computer was as describe in the webpage, attention from the people was excellent. They described to me other conditions for the purchase and they also offered to me an insurance to cover additional warranty. At home I finished MacBook configuration and tested all ports, camera, WiFi, Bluetooth and overall operation. Now I am very satisfied with everything at Computer Overhauls!
I bought my refurbished laptop from Computer Overhauls on Ebay. I must admit, I was rather skeptical given the price point, but was very impressed with how accurate the description was! In fact, I think it looked even better in person! The computer looks as new, and operates as such. I am quite happy with my purchase and would fully recommend!
Purchased an IPad Pro 12.9inch M2 from them on eBay which I was extremely skeptical to do since it is an Apple product off eBay. They shipped it extremely quickly and it came with no iCloud lock, no device management, and was carrier unlocked. I’m extremely happy with my purchase so far and it came in excellent condition and Geek Squad at BestBuy advised it had all original parts as far as they could tell.
