I have been spammed with huge numbers of emails and cannot stop them. Despite calling them, unsubscribing and asking them to stop. Once you make contact or have any dialogue they will not stop. Anthony, Mark, etc
JUST STOP!!!!
I am fed up of their advertising.
If you ever speak with them, they will flood you with their spam. Be warned.

Hi Monica, I've tried to get in touch about your concern. I apologise for the frustration this has caused. We identified that we had 3 different email addresses for you in our CRM, which explains why you were seemingly receiving so many emails, and unsubscribe requests were appearing to go unactioned. Whilst we removed the email address you contacted us from, there were unfortunately 2 more remaining in our CRM, which have now been unsubscribed. Our reputation and relationship with our clients are paramount to us, and very much guide our business practices. We respect customers' right to privacy and have a process to ensure unsubscribe requests are actioned in a timely manner. Hopefully this helps to explain what occurred - I'd welcome the opportunity to speak with you further on this matter.

I think the resources from Compliant Learning are excellent. The assessments address the assessment requirements and criteria. They are easy to read and customise and have easy to follow instructions. The learning material is comprehensive, but to the point. I have used Compliant Learning resources for Business, Community Services, Financial Services and Travel. I find the customer service excellent and the response time to emails is practically immediate. I have very good relationship with the team, especially Anthony, who is very supportive. We will continue to purchase the resources, as they are high quality, reasonably priced and the customer service is friendly and efficient

Compliant learning customer service goes over and beyond to help, our RTO deals with Anthony, and we have a great relationship with compliant as the service and support we receive is exceptional. The qualifications and units we have purchased have been beautifully designed and built. The learning resources are accessible and thorough, the assessment tasks ensure detailed learning, and the instructions are the most comprehensive I have seen at any RTO. Poor experience. I had a course date set for delivery which was agreed on by the sales team at Compliance Learning Resources.
The course date is now 4 months overdue and the resources are STILL not completed. They are vague with your dates and time and the content is really average. I asked a refund and they just ignored it and kept talking about new dates.
Reason for 2 starts: Mapping is good, communication is okay.

Hi Joseph, thank you for taking the time to provide feedback on your recent experience. We apologise it hasn't met expectations. With all Pre-Release (discounted) resource sales, we do our best to advise all our valued customers that the unit availability dates are indicative only and subject to change. In the case of these FNS resources, the endorsement date on training.gov.au (TGA) happened a lot later than was anticipated, which unfortunately is outside of our control and has flow-on impacts to delivery dates. As you can imagine, we are unable to complete final validation or gap rectification until the final publication of endorsed units was released on TGA in Sept 2022. We simply won’t cut corners and deliver unvalidated resources.
Rest assured that as disruptive as these TGA endorsement delays are, they impact all publishers and RTOs. The great news is this project is almost complete and I believe you have seven of eleven units already delivered, with three to be delivered in next two weeks, and final unit on the 23rd of Feb. Even better, you will be one of the first RTOs in Australia to have these resources, as we are the first publisher to have them complete (as all publishers are similarly impacted).
Considering the above, you certainly chose the right publisher, with the best quality resources, delivered before any other publisher in Australia, at the best price.
We really hope that you will be able to reconsider working with our incredible team again. We want you to know we are here to assist you should you need anything. Thanks again for taking the time to provide feedback, it's greatly appreciated and well considered.
