WORST HVAC COMPANY. They outsource customer service to South Africa DURING REGULAR BUSINESS HOURS. Their tune ups are designed to bring a junior tech out to take a part your equipment and then call in a more field supervisor to come out and upsell you on buying new equipment or services. This has happened to us each and every time even though all our equipment was purchased and installed by their team. This company is a complete SCAM. AVOID!

++++++++++++++UPDATE+++++++++++ $23,000 later, they ghost you. They did more work for our unit to “increase” airflow to help the system but instead this work negated the original reason we went with this company. We asked for them to fix it and it took them about a month to get someone out to look at what’s wrong. Multiple technicians came to “diagnose” the situation and it still didn’t help. Then they said we could close a vent to “fix” the problem. Not really a fix, right? Downright a band-aid. They send another person to take measurements to see what else can be done and we are told they’ll have someone contact us to straighten out some kinks and other adjustments. I gave them two months before calling them regarding this “work order” because I felt bad it was extremely hot this past summer. They call me for an appointment after sending them multiple emails, a week or two later. Appointment day comes, it’s getting late and I wasted a WHOLE DAY waiting for my time window when I had A LOT of errands to run. I message them what my time window is, I’m told “MANAGERS ARE DISCUSSING WHAT EXACT WORK NEEDS TO BE DONE”. Funny, you’d think that should have been DISCUSSED prior to setting up an appointment, they have the PAPERWORK!!! So the day ends with a NO SHOW AND NO PHONE CALL. So yes, they’re ghosting me now. ++++++++++++++++++++++++++++++ Having your A/C system break down before the upcoming heatwave is very distressing. Considering our a/c and furnace were 14yrs old and would be a really expensive repair, we decided to replace the whole system. I contacted 6 different HVAC companies for an estimate prior to our decision and Complete Comfort was the last on the list. I’m glad they were able to shuffle their appointments around because Jackson really paid attention to our needs and listened carefully to what we needed. He gave us an estimate that was very difficult to refuse, plus they had an opening the next day, BONUS! We chose Complete Comfort and installation day came with Kameron, Dylan and Brennan. They were thorough, respectful and answered every question we had. Before they left they made sure everything was in working order. We definitely made the right decision to go with Complete Comfort and will continue to use them in the future regarding any HVAC and plumbing work. Thank you Jackson, Kameron, Brennan, Dylan and Levi (for your recommendation and helping with that tape.)

Alex from the Greenwood branch came out and gave us an assessment regarding water softeners. He was honest and what he recommended wasn't even in the best interest for his company. A manager came out and confirmed what he said. In the meantime he flushed our water heater. Ultimately, I really appreciated their honesty and service.
