We brought our Black Labrador for a two-week training stint, and couldn’t have been more pleased from our first interactions with CCT through the completed training! Our dog was transformed in the best of ways, and we owe it all to Brooklyn and the rest of the CCT team. We will be back for follow-up training; our dog can’t wait!
Called this training facility, only to be answered by an extremely rude representative. Customer service for a possibly new client was extremely poor.

I think it is safe to say that this is a fake review based on the many other reviews available that state Brenda, our office manager, is "extremely helpful", "kind", "patient", "excellent", and the list goes on. Have a great day!
I've always had a positive experience with the staff at Complete Canine. They clearly know my dog and care for her considering how she responds when we go to group trainings. They are helpful in talking through challenges and suggesting solutions as well. I sometimes feel like I don't know exactly what to expect but the staff is always happy to give you more information and walk through their processes with you. I think having things written more clearly/spelled out on their website might be a helpful solution. For example with the three week board and train, as a person pretty attached to her dogs, having a clear understanding of my dog's schedule during the day would have brought more peace of mind, but again they were helpful in responding to my questions when I dropped her off and when I reached out to them to get more information.

I sent my dog Arnold to the 2 week board and train and I’ve been SO impressed with my experience. I have a difficult and stubborn dog, and when they weren’t happy with his progress they called and asked to keep him another week, free of charge, so that they could ensure they were handing me back an obedient dog. We do our follow up 1:1s with Lauren and she’s amazing at not only handling Arnold but making sure I understand how to handle him at home too. It’s been so fun to see his progress and I couldn’t recommend this program enough. If you’re not quite sure if it’s worth the money… it is!!! The direction this team gives you and your dog is absolutely priceless.

Absolutely the best training that I received to date….and I’ve had four different dogs at four different trainers. The results just keep growing and growing. I know it’s a lot of money but when you figure you’re gonna have this dog for 16 hopefully 18 years do the math and have 16 to 18 years of happiness.

Our dog Lilly is our wild child and she got too anxious and stressed for a session. Brenda took her to the vet and took amazing care of her. FaceTimed us and everything. I can’t explain how much that meant to me and my daughter. Lilly is doing the one on one training now and we are seeing tons of progress. I wouldn’t go anywhere else but here. She will always be our wild one but now safe in her environment and others with the commands and tools they are teaching us.

Lauren helped me tremendously with my rescued Pitty. We did the 1:1 trainings and it was worth every dollar. They start by assessing your dogs needs and for us, it was everything from basic obedience to advanced heal and recall techniques. We rescued a much smaller dog shortly after training began. Lauren pivoted and worked with our dog to become socialized with other pups. Now they are best friends. Our dog started to develop some growling towards strangers and after some field trips, he's back to looking to me for guidance in new situations.Just know they can equip you with all the tools but you have to be willing to do the homework. The whole team at Complete Canine Training were friendly and engaged in the process. Would highly recommend them.
Wonderful staff, they took great care of our two pups while we were on vacation for five days four nights. highly reccomended.

We’ve brought our German shepherd, Riggs, here several times for boarding and different trainings. We’ll never go anywhere else! Not only are they all so friendly and helpful, but they truly care for the pups!

We did board and train for 2 dogs. I am very happy with the decision to go with Complete Canine. They helped us understand how to help my dogs in better ways through communicating with them using commands and different collars. They did a great job with the starting process and it has made it easier for me to handle our larger dog and to have a great success at home. The staff is awesome, everyone we interacted with was friendly, supportive and understanding during this process. We will be continuing the after visits and look forward to a more structured way with our dogs. Very thankful.

I’ve completed one on one training, and I am impressed with the improvement and impact the classes had with my a relationship with my dog. The trust and new ability to clearly communicate and correct has made a world of a difference in our household.
Now we’ve utilized the boarding program for both dogs. It was a relief knowing my dogs were in a safe environment with handlers who have the education and skills necessary to keep them comfortable and secure in our absence. I didn’t worry one second while we were away.
I would recommend both programs to all my friends and family.
