The people were nice overall… but it just felt like a sales pitch the second they sat me down to tell me what was wrong with my car. The quotes they gave me felt pretty overpriced for the fixes needed and they also said I needed an oil change, which I just got had one a month ago. Something just didn’t feel quite right here.

After you hit a metal piece on the freeway the other day, which caused you a flat tire, we were able to get you into our shop immediately upon your arrival. After assessing your vehicle it was determined that the other tires on your vehicle were unevenly worn, as we explained to you. Because your vehicle is all wheel drive, we recommended that all 4 tires be replaced to avoid damaging your transmission. We again took more detailed measurements of your tread depth and determined that the difference between the rear tires and remaining front tire were lesser than 3mm, therefore only 2 tires needed to be replaced to avoid transmission issues.
The quote we gave you was for the tires AT OUR COST, plus our labor. We also did not charge you for the entire hour our Master Certified Technician took to assess your vehicle. Our prices are in alignment with other shops in the area but what sets us apart is our speed and ability to fit you in NOW.

I had my car towed here and regretted it. They quoted me over double the amount that the shop I ended up taking it to charged me (over a $1000 difference). They also told me I needed an oil change when I had just gotten my oil changed. It cost $100+ for them to look at it at all, so that’s money I just lost out on. Absolutely disgusted with this shop.
I came for an AC repare here about 3 months ago. It was fixed the very same day - with complete check-up and diagnostics! While I was waiting I had a pleasure to read books on history with no boring TV to distract me. Not to mention the friendliness of the owner and all staff and the fact that the AC still works perfectly.
I recommend this service to all my friends!
Needed to see what was going on with the truck shaking when breaking at high speeds. Diagnosed issue completely. Needed to.have the truck to travel, and they quickly fixed the break system which was very needed and let me know what to do next once I return. Very friendly with a free car to use while they were doing the repair. Checked in with me a couple of days after to make sure everything was ok.
Another good experience with Louie & John's Complete Auto Service!! We have the auto care package that makes sure that we have regular maintenance on our cars. Of course, the maintenance service was competed efficiently and thoroughly. What a great feeling to know that our car is in excellent running condition! All we have to do is make an appointment with Robin for service and leave the rest up to John, Bill and Dave.

Can’t recommend these guys enough! Got me in without an appointment and started work on my car right away. I was able to have a loaner car for the 2 days I was without my own car. Friendly staff and John is incredibly knowledgeable and will explain everything to you. Great turn around time, great customer service.
I had my cars AC fixed which also fixed my automatic start..yay! The work was done quickly and professionally. What really impressed me was that John walked me through every detail of the job and even had me swing by a week later to make sure everything was running smoothly. It’s clear that John takes care of his customers and I will be back if/when needed! Highly recommend!
Thank you for fixing my 2014 Chevy Malibu it’s running good & sounds good! Great customer service and the owner John was very nice and explained everything in detail to me pertaining my car and so forth.
