Great service and fast!

I found the staff friendly and helpful. Their work very good and cost quite reasonable. They have seen my car a number of times and did the work in a very timely manner. I moved here from out of state and was concerned about finding quality services for my car. I will continue to access their services and given my experience I can recommend Complete Auto Service of Ann Arbor with out resevation.

John was great. Had the transfer case of my Ford 150 replaced. It was reasonably priced and the customer service was extraordinary. They provided a free loaner and because the part arrived late on a Friday, John came in over the weekend to make sure I was ready to go first thing Monday morning. Would highly recommend Complete Auto Service for anyone looking for a competent and honest mechanic.

Complete joke of a shop that preys on those who they think they can scam. Me and my partner, college students, went in to get brake pads changed after the wear indicator plate started making noise. They charged us $90 for an inspection and they ended up telling us we needed to pay $1200 because our calipers were “toast”. When we asked them for any photos or readings from this $90 inspection they took us outside, pointed at the caliper, and spun the wheel as “evidence” our caliper was bad. Took it to bell tire and turns out our calipers are fine, saving us hundreds. If you want to lose hundreds to a shop that will take advantage of you if you look easy to scam go here.

Thank you for fixing my 2014 Chevy Malibu it’s running good & sounds good! Great customer service and the owner John was very nice and explained everything in detail to me pertaining my car and so forth. I recommend this shop if someone is looking for honest people to take care of of their vehicle. Thanks again

Charged my battery completely for free when it ran dry. Amazing customer service and owner personally explained what was wrong with the car and what is being done to be fixed. Would highly recommend coming here!

It is very comforting to know that not only are you going to get the finest quality work done, but nothing more or less than is required to have your car running perfectly. As the repair progresses, you are kept in the loop and advised every step of the way. My trust in Complete Auto Service is continually earned every time I visit their store. Treats employees terrible. Gives them no reason on why they are let go. Hires more employees then he can afford to pay. Prices are unfair and he has his mechanics over charge customers

Brought my car in because of an engine overheating issue. Despite the tow truck driver pulling the car into the bay they turned around and told me that the engine was hydrolocked and could not start so they could not do further diagnostics. Quoted me almost 9000$ to have the engine repaired which seemed excessive. I had the car towed back to my home and surprise, the engine wasn't hydrolocked at all. Edit: The owner reached out and clarified the confusion around the hydrolock and that they cleared it as part of their work. I would have preferred to understand that better but I get how it slipped through the cracks. Staff is professional though the diagnostic fee is a little high. I also think arguing with low reviews online is a bad look for a business.

John and his staff did a great job and hope this level of service will continue when I bring my other vehicles in for service. This was my first time dealing with Complete Auto Service but not my last .

Staff very friendly & so helpful. Diagnosed my car's issue quickly (while I waited) and applied 1/2 the diagnosis fee to the repair. Even though they had to obtain a part, the whole process only took a few hours. Runs perfectly now. If you need quick expert service and like talking to people who take the time to treat you with respect and explain things carefully, this is the place for you. I was witness to several other customers coming in while I was waiting and loved listening to their interactions with the staff. Fair prices, same day service, being treated nicely--you can't beat that!

I used this place because I had a coupon and I needed towing ( they say it's free).I knew exactly what's wrong with my car but I had to agree on their trick of charging $189 for diagnostic that supposedly should be part of my charge for service plus they supposed to pay me back the towing price.They make you feel you are getting a good deal.I was in my best intention to trust this people, but they obviously want to take advantage of you, because when they told me the final price I had to pay-I was close to have a heart attack-it was over $1000. They overcharging you so much-I think it's so cruel to people, so I am writing this to tell everybody who is thinking about doing business with this place-DO NOT!!!! Everything they say and advertise is a total lying!!! I ended up to tow my car from them to different place where people are people and don't look at you as a stupid source of takings money from you! Even I had to pay another towing charge and gave this place $189 for nothing-I am so glad I didn't continue with them-learned another lesson-"never believe what you see on advertising " and call around and compare prices. My car is fixed now.i paid 3 times less, then this "Complete auto service " wanted! AVOID THIS PLACE!!!! Edit:after owner said my sister left this review-Total lies-I don’t have a sister-I wrote this review by myself after knowing you and getting terrible experience with this place , please people-don’t go over there -you’ll get taking advantage of!!
