I spoke with Kathy yesterday about an issue with our copier. She was prompt in contacting us back to try and work out a resolution and decided a technician needed to be sent. The service technician Trevor arrived the next morning He listened attentively as I explained and demonstrated the problem. He fixed the copier and demonstrated to me that it was working and explain how he fixed the problem and took the time to make sure there was no other issues that may have been overlooked before he left.
We leased from Annette/OMNI almost 2 years ago. It was a rocky start -- the machine we got was having feeder issues and jamming regularly. However, OMNI service team did not stop offering solutions to get it fixed. John worked on that feeder tirelessly until he got it working. Yes, it was frustrating, but the service team never stopped trying to help resolve the problem and saw it thru til the end. The feeder was malfunctioning for about 2 weeks and since John fixed it, we have not had one issue. OMNI service has been stand-out
