Seemed like a nice place upon arrival. Once i was taken back i was sales pitched to only get the implants! They tried saying why dentures were bad and that I was too young blah blah. Needless to say I never went back and got my dentures at Affordable Dentures and Implants last week and had an amazing experience!
Awesome awesome! The doctor is amazing and the staff is very helpful.

The only complaint I have is them not billing insurance prior to loan and felt pressured to hurry and fill out loan paperwork

Hi Stacy, Thank you for your feedback. We truly appreciate it. Dental insurance doesn't typically cover for implants , which is why financing options may be discussed during your consultation. We do provide all necessary paperwork for insurance reimbursement when applicable. We appreciate you sharing this and will continue to improve our communication.
I had a wisdom tooth extracted and all went extremely well. Dr. Burton was excellent - he told me in advance what to expect and the procedure aligned with our discussion. The team was friendly and extremely professional and I was pleased with the experience. I have never looked forward to dentist visits, but this went as well as it could have gone. Highly recommend.
I got a call to get a free consult I made an appointment then changed my mind 30 min later I canceled right away but they still charged me 89 for talking to me...I'm afraid of these places ...I feel if you treated me like this because of my fear of denist then imagine if you and had a real problem

Great experience. The team there, Dr Walter, Nyla and Alondra were all great to work with and very hospitable. The facility is great, overall great team and experience.

Respond to my REVIEW SINCE I HAVE NO WAY OF REPLYING TO YOUR ANSWER TO MY REVIEW, WHICH IM SURE IS PUT I PLACE THAT WAY PURPOSELY I WAS TOLD THREE DIFFERENT TIMES AND THAT YOU WOULD PROVIDE ME WITH ANTIBIOTICS ALSO THAT YOU WOULD HAVE A DIFFERENT DENTAL PRACTICE GETTING IN TOUCH WITH ME THAT DAY OR THE NEXT DAY AT THE LATEST TO GET ME IN WHY WOULD I LIE ABOUT THAT AS WELL AS I DIDN’T EVEN HAVE TO SEE ANOTHER PLACE AND THEY WERE MORE THAN HAPPY TO MAKE SURE TO CALL IN ANTIBIOTICS WITHOUT ME EVER STEPPING FOOT INTO THE SAME EXACT TYPE OF BUSINESS YOU RUN YOU USED the fact that you knew from the start when I didn’t want and we’re trying to do nothing but lock me into any plan possible after explaining to me in the beginning of options it was the least plan anybody else would want. And explain to me why another service that never met me in real life had no issues calling me in antibiotics and a mouthwash and waiting until I was able to work through the horrible infections and why you couldn’t do your job or lied about it whichever you wanna put it because that’s how I not just I or we felt. Also, they quoted me well under half of what you did and not for what you wanted to do but for I want. THIS INFECTION COULD KILL EASILY KILL ME and if it does my husband will sue your company just remember that because I told you that I’m immunocompromised, take immunosuppressants and I’m sick of the way dental people like you act and strong arm people. I worked in the medical field and even I say it’s the most horrible time to be dealing with medical professionals. The entirety of have not been to dentist for so long is the trauma I’ve dealt the my entire like. I wonder how much lower of cost youve paid for your implants? IM SURE IT WASNT COST YOU QUOTE EVERYONE ELSE. It’s pretty you would’ve gotten way more with honey then with the way you acted it is not hard with all the information you had you were able to run financial aspects. You got 1,000,001 and every thing from me which has more than most of my specialist have so in my opinion that free consultation was in my network and cover making you fully able to call in a simple antibiotic and mouthwash so I could get some type of relief until I got into a dentist or maybe figured out how to stay with you guys, but y’all never know now. I would shout out to the Dentist and plant services that I’ll be going to win. I do kick this, but I’m not gonna put them on blast especially on here. Your apology was not sincere whatsoever nor or will I have ever have anything to do with you again! Thankfully, I’m very determined and I will have implants very soon and not thanks to you. Ps that made whoever we spoke to a liar then for multiple things and on occasions. I knew that I didn’t need you to reply to make me look dumb thanks

As a dental practice, We are legally unable to prescribe antibiotics or any medication to individuals who have not yet established care as a patient with our office. I came here with a budget of $4,000 looking for extractions and a full set of dentures because of the pain I was in daily - and I was very clear about my pain and my budget up front. I was then kept there for almost 3 hours while they tried to talk me into a $40,000 loan for a full mouth of snap in veneers. I felt it was extremely rude and they offered zero help. I would rather leave 0 stars. The staff was friendly, but the rest was very much just about making money.

I had looked around for an educated personable place to help me get some teeth. Well a couple places were just ok so the search continued. I went to Columbus implants and they met all I was looking for. Everyone was so helpful. No pushy people working for commission but actually who cared about ME and my wants and needs. I was most impressed that the dentist came in and gave me all the time I needed to feel comfortable. I can’t wait to see my “new smile”!!

I chose Columbus Dentures and Implants for my dental care over a couple other dental office locations I visited... and I'm so glad I did. There was no high-pressure sales pitch. I chose the exact procedure I wanted. The staff were there for guidance along the way. Dr. Walter Wang was very gentle and caring when performing my procedure. I felt he genuinely cared about my comfort while removing my teeth and inserting the implants. They made sure that my temporary implants fit perfectly. The staff greeted me in a caring and professional manner on every visit to the office following my procedure. I look forward to receiving my permanent implants in a couple weeks. I'm very pleased with my choice for Implants.
