Charged move out fee to deceased tenant Not only are the managers at this property rude and unfriendly, but they also charged my uncle who passed away from cancer (very suddenly, we all thought he would beat it until a sharp decline) a move out fee. He didn't move out, HE FUCKING DIED!!!!! GREEDY, HEARTLESS, MONSTERS WORK HERE! They also immediately moved in their family to his apartment, although we asked to talk about moving one of My family members in to take care of my elderly grandma who lives next door (for decades!) and needs help. Within their rights, but just goes to show how slimy and disgusting these people's character is.

Crooks. Will take your money and then not do anything to take care of property and tell you "oh we tried to contact you." No they didn't LIARS. I can't believe people can lie like that.

STAY AWAY!!!!! By far and away the worst team I have experienced, even simple requests fall on deaf ears. Listed my unit so incorrectly for nearly a month there wasn't a single view. Finally got a hold of someone to fix the errors and that was the point that we finally started to see traction. Since then this team have come in to the unit and disconnected security and monitoring systems and now refuse to go back to address the issue. Normally not a huge deal but im in another state. Talks with the "manager"are fruitless as they do not take ownership of anything just talk in circles to deflect. Stay Away!!

Avoid this company I have many properties, and hire several PM companies, this one is the worst one so far. I would give this company a negative star if I could! AVOID this company! This company is a joke. I have a property in Colorado Springs, and trusted some of the reviews from google and let them manage my property. The result? Disaster. I feel someone just punched my stomach every time I think about this company. How to even get started? The first red flag is that the rental analysis they provided at the very beginning. They had the wrong numbers on the bedrooms, baths, total square footage, the rent was $800 bellow the actual market value! I should've turned away at that point, I really regret it till today. So, they corrected all the numbers, and rented out the house with the rental price I came up ($800 more than they suggested!!!) after I pointed them out . The next disaster is when they advertised the house online, they used shitty cell phone pictures (probably a 10 year old phone), the quality is so bad, and the yard was still mess in the pictures (they even didn't cut the grass before taking the pictures). I'm out of state, so I had to rely on them to do these things. I called them to trim the trees and do the yard work, they DID NOTHING (they still haven't done anything 6 months later), and posted the shitty images online anyway. They never checked the appliances before the winter, so the tenant complained that the AC is not strong enough. They came back to me and wanted me to put the tenant in a hotel room while figuring out what to do next. WHAT were you doing before that? I ended up replacing both AC and furnace at the same time, spending 16K on them. They just create these emergencies in the last minute and put you in a bad position because their inability. Their custom service is a joke! Good luck with calling them. They usually don't pick up phone calls, and when they do, they just tell you no one can help you, just leave your name and other information, and they will get back to you by email. They do the same thing EVERY SINGLE TIME. Good luck with getting a response within a week! Sometime the customer service even doesn't understanding English, they probably outsource it overseas to save money. The rent is several hundred dollars short this month, I haven't heard a single explanation from these guys in the past week. Simply no response, no reason, no record. Don't walk! Run away from this company. Don't believe those fake 5 star reviews. You will thank me later.
