Recently signed up with CPRM with 10 units - Really appreciate how the team has tried to accomodate my needs. The team is responsive, reactive, transparent and is open to adjusting where needed. As an asset manager I need to be able to rely on a team to ensure my assets performs optimally "right off the blocks". I feel that the team at CRPM can provide that assurance. A shout out to these awesome folks that I 've had the pleasure of interacting with continuously - Juan, Renee,Taylor, Billy, Jamie. Giving a 4 star as its just been a few months but looking to coming back to give that 5 star soon.

I switched to CRPM a couple of months ago and I am so happy I did. My last property management company had inconsistent communication that I felt was unacceptable. CRPM has a wow factor - they respond the same day, communicate clearly so we're all on the same page, and never seem to busy for their clients. Thank you CRPM!

Overall happy I made the switch to CRPM to manage a four-plex apartment building that I was self-managing before. The team is friendly and responsive and I really like that they have taken over everything and I can be truly hands off! There have been a couple of teething pains getting the tenant utility billing correct, but I'll just chalk that up to what I think was some recent staff turnover and just getting things ramped up for a new property and getting the kinks worked out.
