The only collecting collectRX did was from us. Their insurance skillset is nowhere near what they boast about in their whitepapers and on their website and we spent about 4x as much money on their fee than they actually collected for us over a 1.5 year period. Im mystified about the other reviews and it makes me question their legitimacy. Its possible we were assigned a ROOKIE who didnt know what they were doing but when we requested to speak to the original person who we interviewed with (who seemed to have a great knowledge base) they were never available. They dont seem to have any knowledge of negotiating with payors as they claim and their proprietary software database doesnt seem to work very well. I think their so-called competitive advantage no longer exists. A total waste of time and money. Im happy to talk to anyone personally about our experience if desired.

CollectRx has shown a great level of expertise in Out of Network collections and third-party negotiations, incomparable to anyone we have ever done business with. They have exponentially increased revenue for multiple Out of Network Ambulatory Surgery Centers, and it has been a pleasure working with their professional team.

I had a horrible experience working with CollectRx. The training was insufficient and lack integrity, definitely different from the goals and vision of the company listed on their website. Hopefully, they will do better with future employees and revamp their training policy.
