after 2 consecutive evenings and 2 bookings we still did not find the meeting place, the guide or the activity. Money wasted, will NEVER book with this company again
The official ticket desk tried to scam us. Everywhere it said 25 euros acces to the visitors side. When we got to the desk they said something about the price and showed on a calculator a different price. In the end they said that actually the 2nd level is not open due to constructions and that it's 50 euros pe person to visit the museum. Not everyone will get the same, but be aware it might happen
Although it was such an amazing place to visit, I did find that due to the construction, the experience was limited and the pricing was not clear, the attendant was very apologetic about it after I realised I was charged almost double the advertised amount. Making it closer to €40 than the advertised €25. This was honestly an extremely high price and will be too much for some people to afford.
