had water back up in shower and bathroom - called EK coggin and they had someone out within a half hour. Advised them that after last episode it was suggested camera be run down the line. Rob did a superb job, taking extra time and effort to determine the ultimate source of the problem and clearing the line. Will have information to provide the city about possible repair on their side of the line thanks to Rob's efforts.

Critical work (had to turn off our water main). Called based on our next door neighbor’s past experience. They worked us into the schedule, showed up early. Quoted a fair price, did the job…. Cannot ask for more from a trades vendor….. have them on speed dial for the next time.

Called with a problem late at night & Curtis called us back within 5 minutes. The next day he called us when he was on his way over & was very gracious & informative while fixing the problem! This was our 1st time using EK Coggin and DEFINITELY won't be our last!!!
