Overall we were very satisfied with the room and location.
☺ Booked the largest room at the property so it was big enough for a seven night stay.
The bed was excellent. The location was near the tube and convenient to all of our destinations.
☹ Thought it was a bit pricy given the ammenities.

☺Tek olumlu yanı konumu.
☹Temizlik çok kötü durumda. İlk girdiğimiz andan itibaren yastıklar, çarşaflar, havlular hep kirliydi. ikinci günümüzde housekeeping pijamalarımızın üzerinde kirli toz bezini bırakmış şekilde bulduk odayı. Otelden pijamalarımızı yıkamaları için yardımcı olmalarını istedik ama asla oralı olmadılar. Oda statüsünü 'Do not disturb'e çevirdik ve bir daha girmemelrini istedik çünkü belli ki hijyenden nasibini almamış bir ekip çalışıyordu. Hem resepsiyonu defalarca uyarmamıza hem de Do not Disturb seçmemize rağmen yine odamıza girildi ve yine eşyalarımızın yerleri sürekli değiştirildi. Hem temizlik hem de otel içi iletişim açısından oldukça hayal kırıklığı yarattı. Konumu dışında elle tutulur bir yanı yok maalesef, tatiliniz zehir olsun istemiyorsanız uzak durun.

Thank you for your feedback. Our cleaning team has a remarkable record and as per terms and conditions the rooms are cleaned every day. We have a laundry service which could have been used. There are instructions on the room how to use it. It is not free of charge.

Very small rooms in a out of way location, 3 star def not 4
☺ Nice area but it’s NOT Kensington it is Earls Court so sold as near Knightsbridge etc it’s not. Room was clean and tea / coffee facilities
☹ Bedroom was a double deluxe and it was tiny, literally only space to walk around the bed. springs sticking up through the mattress on both sides, staff in the evening time at check in where frankly awful. Zero interaction with guests checking in, even when leaving our valuables nothing communicated.
Shocked to return after 6 hours and our expensive luggage sitting unattended at reception and guests were told to help themselves. Every other hotel I have ever stayed in the bags are locked away or min a person checks the ticket off with the bags. This didn’t happen twice. Very amateur service, young and inexperienced staff on duty. Not a 4 star quality hotel
