I did a solo trip and was so well pleased with this property!!! Everything was well thought out from seasonings to coffee, snorkeling equipment, beach chairs to borrow. Yeah.. there's roosters but its puerto rico so... But guess what? He had ear plugs for that!! I loved the horses just out walking about and they're very friendly! The home is in walking distance to stores, the beach and restaurants. I will definitely be back!!

Just wow... could not say enough great things about this place. We were only going to be here one night but ended up staying an additional night last minute because we loved the property and island so much. Everything you need is less than a 10 minute walk away. Jariel has been incredible, attentive, and so so kind. Just go with the flow and let this be home base.

This was our 3rd time at Coco Loco and we already have our dates for next year! Everything about Coco Loco is fantastic - comfortable beds, large bathroom, relaxing back yard, proximity to Malecon and so much more. We feel like we are home every time we arrive at Coco Loco...and we are always sad to leave. And Jariel is a terrific host!

We loved our stay on Vieques at Coco Loco. Jariel was a fabulous host who thought of the details. He provided coolers, chairs, towels, and snorkel gear to explore the many beaches. There is tons of beautiful wildlife all over the island, and he provided ear plugs as needed for the roosters. The bnb was within walking distance to the Malecon area, but far enough that it felt removed and peaceful. Overall, a lovely stay and would recommend!!

Coco Loco was awesome!! Jariel was so kind and responsive, even late at night when we struggled with the door lock (thank you!). The apartment is very comfortable, with ice cold air conditioning, and two great patios for relaxing. Other reviewers were not kidding about the roosters, who started crowing quite early and persistently, but we found it funny and charming. Esperanza is beautiful and peaceful, and very much worth the visit beyond just the bio bay tour. We had a blast wandering around, hitting the beach (aided by the beach gear Jariel provided), checking out the wild horses (lots of foals!) and soaking in the island air. Highly recommend both Esperanza and Coco Loco - we will be back!

We stayed one night in Vieques. The communal outdoor space was great. The bed was not the most comfortable but we didn’t mind it for the night. We tried to coordinate a luggage drop off but were unsuccessful. Centrally located, about a 5 min walk from the beach and the main street with restaurants and shops.

Loved staying here! Comfy accommodations, nice beach equipment to borrow, and it’s just beautiful! Jariel was helpful and friendly. The town of Esperanza is cute with easy walking to different restaurants and meeting points. Jariel provided earplugs which came in handy because the neighborhood roosters are….talkative and seem to only nap for a few hours at night 😅
