In my 1 hour session I took many tips. It was so informative and empowering. With the knowledge shared, I feel more confident doing every day activities. The session was not only filled with tips and tricks but also laughter. I would definitely recommend you take a class!

The training of C.O.B.R.A. Self-Defense was one of the best practical and applicable self-defense courses I ever attended. The instructor was very knowledgeable and made sure to show every technique for all participants and that all participants could actually execute the technique.
Important to me was that they put perspective on how this fit into real life and learn participants how to handle situations the best possible.
Highly recommended for all ages to protect themselves and their loved ones.
