Superb ☺ Big spacious rooms, everything you need. Plenty of natural light and cool lighting choices! Kitchen was very useful and had separate plates etc for each room. Hosts were very friendly and helpful.

Good ☺ The refurbishment and fittings were very good. Comfortable bed and nice TV. ☹ The lower score was mainly down to a kitchen on the top floor and next to guest rooms. My room 5 was directly next to the kitchen. Room 6 is the same and room 4 is not too far either. Whilst this may seem positive to have a kitchen, the washing machine vibrates in my room, which were incredible, it was like an earthquake. The early morning noises, before 8am on one instance woke me up with hearing a microwave and the pinging too. A guest then decided to microwave a curry in the evening leading to the aroma in my room and around the place. It's so very unfortunate as the rooms were nice, but one of the priorities of any stay is for guests to relax and not be woken by noises and smells. It's not for me to suggest, but whilst a washing machine and kitchen facilities which will be noisy on the very top floor and next to guest rooms is probably not advantageous for those staying in these rooms? Sorry about this negative but important point as the rest was good.

Amazing ☺ Everything ☹ Everything

Well worth the money. Cosy and cute at the top of the building. ☺ The room itself was very nice. Small and cosy. The shower was amazing. The ambient lighting was really nice. Location was great. ☹ The kitchen area was bit sticky. Cups and glasses were really dirty and ended up borrowing from the hotel opposite.

Overall, this accommodation exceeded our expectations in every way. We highly recommend it to anyone looking for a spotl ☺ Our recent stay in Bournemouth at cloud 9 room 5 was made truly unforgettable thanks to the exceptional accommodation we found. Located just a stone’s throw away from both the town center and the beautiful beach, this room offered the perfect blend of convenience and comfort. ☹ From the moment we arrived, it was evident that cleanliness is a top priority here. The room was absolutely spotless, with every detail meticulously attended to. The fresh linens and immaculate bathroom made us feel right at home. Also if you needed any help or needed to ask anything about the property you just had to message Charlotte and she was brilliant and would respond almost immediately.

Ich hatte ein paar sehr schöne Tage und habe mich sehr wohl gefühlt. ☺Sehr zentral gelegen, alles fußläufig erreichbar. Gute Ausstattung, im Zimmer hatte ich die Möglichkeit Kaffee oder Tee zuzubereiten.

Overal stay was very good,nice and cosy ☺ It was a good location a two minute walk to the town centre and 5 minute walk to the beach. The room was lovely abit smaller than expected but it was a good stay overall ☹ There was a very strong smell of w33d on one of the nights from one of the other rooms in the building but no one’s fault other than the people staying in that particular room
