Buyer Beware !!! They will do a wonderful job putting it up but when that Hurricane is coming good luck getting them to take it down. We called a week in advance and got a message saying Sorry we can’t get to you. Hurricane comes cover destroyed along with major boat lift damage. Bottom Line: If you don’t have a way of taking the cover down yourself save your hard earned money. That’s our cover in the canal.

Pinholes all over the place on the canopy after 2 years. I was out at the boat talking to a friend and he pointed it out to me. I have never really looked up in focus. With the sun overhead you could see a dozen or more pinholes with light coming in. I called to see what they said, and of course they blamed me for gently taking it down for Milton and dragging across the grass...the grass did it! Are you kidding me. Use Waterway like all my neighbors. They don't have pinholes and for sure were less careful with their canopy removals over the years. The installers left all kinds of metal shards from drilling that I found with my barefeet. My guess is those worked into the shoes of the installers that were crawling all over the canopy...or my lawn did it.

Pinholes everywhere After carefully pulling down my extremely expensive canopy for Milton, and gently folding it in the yard, I'm being blamed for mishandling it after seeing the dozens of pinholes all over various places. I guess the vinyl they use is super cheap. Never mind the installers walking all over it with metal shards in their shoes during install. I never looked up, but it's probably from that. Typical lack of accountability for anything around here. Use Waterway...all my neighbors have them with no holes in their canopies. Joe-Cape Coral

Coastline came out and installed the cover over my boat and did it quickly. It looks like a nice job except the cover does not completely cover the frame on the right side like it does on the left as you can see in the picture. It would look nicer if it was more uniform.
