Help me to clean everything on this image and then rewrite this on it The platform caused immense stress when my account was restricted, blocking access to my funds. Wanted to drop in when visiting the Tampa area, but found out per the coach when we arrived that Coaching For Glory does not accept drop in visitors. Seems like a nice enough place, but we had to find a different gym.

Hey Matt, thanks for the kind words and understanding although I'm sure it was a bit disappointing. As the coach mentioned, we do not accept drop-ins and this is because all of the training that we deliver to our clients is individualized to their needs each day. I absolutely love this place! My son and I started in June. We are so thankful to find such an awesome gym with amazing coaches and athletes. They really care about each person and strive to help them achieve their goals. Nutrition coaching is also top notch! I am so glad we decided to join!

The Dumbbell and Diapers program is amazing! I cannot say enough good things about Coach Steph's workouts, she knows exactly how to push you without feeling too overwhelmed. I felt uncomfortable in my skin after the birth of my daughter and I've seen a huge improvement! It truly is a motivating class, great atmosphere to socialize with other new mom's and to get a great workout! Highly recommend to any new mom's who want to start feeling like their old self again.

I Had the pleasure of taking Coach Stephanie’s dumbells and diapers class during my first and second trimester. I loved that this class pushed me in a way I would not have done so myself at home. Coach Stephanie made the experience so personal, ensuring each member was constantly being coached to their specific needs and limits. Her encouragement throughout class and knowledge of a woman’s body both post and pre natal was incredible! Five stars all day to a great class and wonderful coach!

Looks like a nice gym. Their customer service is terrible. Attempted to take a class to assess the gym. They make you sign up for a 20 minute intro. After taking time off of work, in the middle of the day, when I showed up and no one was there. I was contacted and they apologized. I advised that I just wanted to try out a class. I was informed that I needed to take a 20 minute Skype session. What a waste of time. Luckily, I found Crossfit BNI. Check them out, they won't waste your time.
