Josh is always very helpful even to people, like me, who know nothing about technology. He is smart not only on the technical side but also at communicating with all types of people. It’s so easy to troubleshoot with him and he is polite and well educated. I had just left an apple store because I was having problems with storage. I left the store feeling more stressed out than I started. They had told me to go home and delete photos to make room and some other things about the cloud. I texted josh right after and was relieved when he had about 3 other suggestions for me on my personal storage. He was able to, over text, help me make 30 GB more space on my phone without deleting any photos. I will always go to josh for anything tech. Seriously a relief and joy working with him.

I came to Josh with my iMac and a long list of fixes. Not only did he fix all of them, he did so in a very timely fashion! Josh followed up to make sure everything was running smoothly and answered any questions I had along the way- including walking me through updates and other technical processes. As a photographer who relies on my computer just as much as my camera, I can't recommend Josh and his skill set/knowledge enough! My computer is faster and more functional than the day I bought it.

Josh was quick to respond, and kept me informed of the progress for the repair! He was punctual and very knowledgeable.

I have had the pleasure of working with Josh over the years on a number of laptop, phone and iPad issues and I cannot say enough good about him. He can answer and resolve ANY issue I have ever had with ease... issues that have stumped others. Josh is a true pro but also puts people at ease. He is patient and an excellent teacher, empowering people and giving them confidence to do things independently. His fees are very reasonable and he works very fast. Also, he does not create unnecessary work in order to bill more time as I've experienced with some other providers. I have worked in a fortune 100 company and also with other on-line support providers and Josh is, hands down, the very best I've worked with. My two business partners concur with this assessment and we highly recommend him.

Josh is very knowledgeable and can make issues that seem very complicated to me seem very simple and easy to solve. It is so nice to feel that there is always so sort of solution after talking to or working with him!

Josh went above and beyond to help me out with my computer problem. Dropped off my computer on a Saturday and was done Sunday evening. Its working great!

He was available immediately and helped me out of a bind that online support systems got me into!!! Very nice guy!!!

Always does great work and knows his stuff if you're looking for someone to fix your computer or laptop this is definitely the place to go!!

My MacBook Air is about 7 years old and the battery was dying all the time, Josh was able to replace my battery for significantly less than the Apple Store would have charged and I had my computer back the next day. I’ve been going to him for years for all my Apple products and I’ve always left 100% satisfied.
