I am writing to express negative review of my profound disappointment and concern regarding an incident involving a member of your Wyndham Club staff and a customer from Thailand. This incident involved threatening behavior and caused significant distress to the individual involved.
A customer from Thailand, who is known for their polite and humble demeanor, was subjected to unacceptable treatment by a member of your staff.
It is particularly troubling that a guest from a culture renowned for its politeness and respect would be treated in such a manner. This incident reflects poorly on the Wyndham Club and its commitment to providing a welcoming and safe environment for all guests, regardless of their nationality.
I understand that misunderstandings can occur, but threatening behavior is never acceptable. I urge you to investigate this matter thoroughly and take appropriate action to address the staff member's conduct.
