Good premises and equipment, but the management is truly disappointing. They focus on client volume rather than client comfort. While I was waiting for a machine, another person rudely stepped in front of me and took it. I addressed the issue with the manager standing nearby, and he did nothing, it turned out to be his friend. Really unprofessional.
