Roy was very professional and knowledgeable and presented himself very well. The quality and workmanship from the pictures that I saw look very nice. I chose not to use his company at this time. I'm sure the value and cost is conducive to the Livermore area, but it's not conducive to my pocketbook.

We reached out to Green Group right around the Christmas holidays about a small bathroom remodel. They responded right away and were quick to set up an appointment to see the project and give a reasonable quote. Once we agreed on scope and price, they got right into the permit process with the city, which we suspected would be lengthy (8-10 weeks). The Project Manager Kim Golan kept on top of the city to keep the permit moving and visited the city in person to try to get faster response. We really appreciated that the PM was concerned for the schedule as they knew we had a hard stop for work in the household in May. Once the city awarded the permit, Green Group mobilized quickly and did a good job of protecting the interior of the house. The crew was efficient and worked fairly typical hours. The PM was very communicative and easy to work with. She helped with material selection and gave good advice. In hindsight, it would have been good to have someone more knowledgeable on plumbing check the parts we ordered before starting the job, as we were responsible for purchasing all finished materials including shower components and valves. We are not plumbers and ordered the wrong kind of valve, which wasn't discovered until installation time, when tilework was already completed. Ultimately we all came to an agreement, and we absolutely love our remodeled bathroom and new shower. Great craftsmanship and attention to detail (we had big tiles and sections of small mosaic tiles) for all components. The crew even fixed our bathroom vent to the roof, which was never connected before, so we appreciate they wanted to do things the right way. We can't wait for another chance to work with Green Group on our next remodel project! Great, professional experience overall.

I recently engaged Green Group for a bathroom remodeling project. After an extensive search and inviting 5-8 contractors to bid, we chose Green Group despite their quote being $3-4k higher than others (totaling $25k) for a very small bathroom (7-8 ft length, 6 ft width, 8 ft height). Deposit and Initial Disappointment: We agreed to the terms and paid a $1k deposit. However, the design phase was a letdown. Despite sharing our ideas, Green Group informed us that they wouldn't move plumbing or make several other changes. Instead, we were directed to Floor & Decor to choose tiles, without any unique design proposals from them. Lack of Engagement: Throughout the process, it was clear that our excitement and initiative were not matched by Green Group. Meetings were delayed, and their lack of proactive design input was disheartening. After weeks of dragging on with minimal progress, we decided to part ways. Conclusion: Our experience with Green Group was a waste of effort, time, and trust. If you get the chance to work with a company that is genuinely invested in your ideas, go with them. Unfortunately, Green Group was not the right fit for us.

We had our bathroom completely remodeled by Green Group. Kim helped us select tile and fixtures and acted as project manager. She did a great job working with us at every step. The craftsmen who did the installation were very professional

We hired Green Group Remodeling to remodel our bathroom. It was a pretty extensive remodel that included moving plumbing around. Our project manager, Becky, was excellent to work with. We were overwhelmed with figuring out what we wanted, and she guided us through the process. The materials she helped us select turned out wonderfully. The bathroom looks excellent and we are extremely happy with it. The on-site crew was professional, got the work done promptly, and always cleaned up after themselves at the end of each day. I felt that they respected our home, and the work is high quality. Becky kept an excellent line of communication open during the project. I always knew where the project stood. I look forward to the opportunity to work with Green Group Remodeling and Becky again when the time comes to remodel our kitchen.
