Before today I didn’t know how to use a laundromat.
When I arrived today, the staff were very informative of how to use the machines and what to expect.
I wanted to share my appreciation of the staff helping me when I made a mistake that could have wasted my time.

Thank you, Jason, for your friendly service and great facilities. I enjoyed being able to sit and have a cup of coffee and catch up on some work while I waited for my washing and drying. The machines were new and easy to use, and your self-service technology will make it easy to do by myself next time!

Exceptional service! Highly recommend! They cleaned a large rug for us, it looks better than it was brand new! & It was ready for pick up the very next day. Very impressed - thank you 🙌

I want to give a huge shout-out to Cloudwash Laundromat in Cronulla for their incredible customer service. Despite a business transition and an unexpected closure, the owner went above and beyond. He personally reopened the shop after hours just to ensure I got my dry cleaning in time for an interstate business trip. This level of dedication is rare and truly appreciated. I’m incredibly grateful for their outstanding service. Highly recommend them!
