Never returns call except for once. Poor communications. Does not keep their word. Does not keep commitments or promises. Don’t know what else to do except call some else. Most irresponsible contractor I’ve ever seen.

It took so long to get the part. Over a month without AC at 72 years old. Then when they finally came with the party it was the wrong one so they had to go get the party they needed somewhere else which was close to my home. I guess they did a good job but I have not been home much since I am moving from another state slowly. Hopefully it will keep working. I was not given any warranty documents on the replaced party and wish I could get them.

I would definitely recommend this provider as the last provider my warranty company referred was terrible. This company returned my call promptly and scheduled service the date of my availability. They are in the process of trying to correct the problem from the other service provider. The technicians were very knowledgeable in all aspects of what to expect and was upfront about what the other service provider should have done. Definitely use this service provider if you’re in need of air conditioning assistance.
Adrian and Q came out for my warranty company to check out my air conditioner and before I can provide the warranty company with a decision to do my repair they left without putting things back in order. This was just a mess an unprofessional experience. if I had to used this company that will be a Big NO!!! I will not recommend them for nothing!!!

Sorry that you are unhappy with your warranty company decision. They technicians take pictures before and after. There was no mess left behind because there was no work done. Your warranty company made the decision that is the reason the technicians could not perform the repairs. Your warranty company called and explained the reason the repairs couldn't be done, while the technicians were still on site.
Stay away from this dysfunctional ripoff company that HomeServ forwarded to repair my heat pump. They came out, looked at the unit left, and gave me the run around for over a week. Their response and attention to detail as the miss-spelling of my last name speaks volumes to the disrespect given to me.

Arrived on time and evaluated my unit. Told me all the issues and suggested a replacement is needed. Explained what my next process will be going forward.
