This location is not professional at all . They really don't care about good customer service. I went to the manager and told her that I didn't receive a check that I get monthly. The regular mail guy is either retired or on vacation and they have different mail carriers. I went to the manager told her I didn't receive my mail she said she would drive out to the mail guy to find out what happened. Right like she would do that for me. She took my number down and said that she would call me never did. Didn't follow up nothing and promised she would call. Very unprofessional. I told my husband this is the second time this is happening to us and she would do nothing. So said so done she should not be working there because she's not an effective manager. I will be taking this further, I have bills to pay and theses fools don't care where the hell my check is. I'm sure if the shoes were on the other foot they would carry this further. Based on the reviews I also saw another customer with the same issue. And this was on a PO. Box can you imagine putting someone else's mail in a PO. Box smh. They need to change that manager and get someone who can produce results when customers have mail issues.
They like to give out other people's mail to the wrong p.o boxes. They put someone's check in my p.o box. How did I kno? I accidentally opened it thinking it was mine because it's from my p.o box so only my mail should be in it. Plus it was night time. THAT IS VERY IRRESPONSIBLE OF THEM. That person should be fired. Don't do business with them. They can keep doing this.

They look at people like they are fools. Meanwhile, they just don't want to help you. If they wanted help with their mail, they would likely expect much better service than they provide themselves. Only 2 people seen to show any professionalism in that place. But it's the USPS. Another DMV basically.

Ridiculous. I went today around 2:30 to close my PO Box that I no longer needed. I was told I needed to do this when the manager was present from 9-2. They have tons of notices about making sure you have a timely P.O. Box payment posted. Not one notice saying you need to close your box only when a manager is available.
