Good morning Doctora Gomes, Last week I saw your dentist for tooth pain, upper back right side. I was told I had a superficial cavity in this tooth and it was filled. This pain continued. I saw your dentist again and was told the continued pain was due to cavity in the lower right back tooth (which gave me no pain eating or drinking cold water). It was filed. Several hours after this visit, the original pain in the upper back right tooth became very severe. This morning I saw the dentist and was told I needed a nerve extraction. I requested a second opinion from a more experienced dentist. He became very defensive, saying he did nothing wrong and no longer would see me as a patient. I do not understand how a superficial cavity would result in a nerve extraction. And I do not understand why the dentist became agitated when I requested a second opinion. The dentist prescribed antibiotics and pain medication. I am still in pain. My experience at your clinic was very upsetting and unprofessional. With regards, Professor/Dr Brian Rothbart
