Great experience. Staff is friendly. Dr. Baughman was great at explaining what should be taken care of first. My hygienist was wonderful. One of the best cleanings I have had.

The initial appointment was for a standard cleaning and assessment of a broken filling.
The first hour(s) were spent getting measured, probed and documented for a file filler. The broken filling was looked at and treatment scheduled.
The hygienist then refused to do a standard cleaning and pushed a "deep" cleaning that I refused. I then had to sign a form "refusing service". Very irritated, I refused the upsell not the scheduled service.
I did not receive the service that was scheduled. I let the office staff know of my displeasure.
Later the hygienist called and offered to perform the standard cleaning. I assume after discussion with office staff.
This requires another appointment and time out of another day.
Office staff was great, doctor was pleasant.
I was not a satisfied customer but enough good people and service by the office staff and doctor that they get one more chance.

Our Doctor and Hygienist base their diagnosis from digital x-rays, intra-oral images and proper periodontal charting (probing depth, recession, furcation involvement, bleeding and mobility). At Clearwater Dentistry, we are transparent with our patients and present findings visually to educate about conditions and disease. Treatment, such as “teeth cleaning,” is a prescription based on the condition of the gums and bone. Addressing a condition with the inappropriate prescription for treatment might not do any harm in the short term but is not in the patient’s best interest as it would neglect other underlying conditions. One of our core values is informed consent and we want patients to make the best judgment call for themselves after being presented with all the documentation regarding their condition. Diagnoses and treatment philosophies may vary amongst providers, but to foster a healthy and positive Doctor-Patient relationship those need to align.

The atmosphere feels friendly and the staff are friendly as well. I came to Clearwater as I was disappointed with dental problems that another dental clinic could not resolve. I have an upcoming appointment here and it sounds like Clearwater Dentistry will solve/repair my problem tooth

I came to Clearwater a few months ago having not been in for an exam in several years. I have several issues they are helping me with, from a broken tooth to cavities and a possible root canal. (This is why you should visit your dentist regularly!) They've been kind and have come up with a plan to help me with it all. Dr Baughman is good at explaining things and also listening to my concerns. All the staff in his office have been wonderful as well!

It was my first visit to Clearwater dentistry and I was in a lot of pain everyone there are very polite and friendly the wait was not long at all and the dentist is great I highly recommend this place to everyone

After a lengthy hunt for an honest dentist in Greeley, I found Dr. Baughman. He is an great caring and compassionate dentist, taking care of all my dental needs usually the same day I visit. I also believe his pricing is the most fair I have found in Greeley. His office staff is very professional . I highly recommend him for all your dental needs.

I needed a new dentist and wanted an individual practice vs a large corporate practice and I have definitely found the perfect place!! Dr. Boughman and staff are incredible!! The staff is very welcoming and extremely competent. Dr. Boughman is also welcoming, caring, and very, very thorough in explaining what he is seeing on x-rays, what the problem is and what needs to be done. I highly recommend this very excellent practice!
