Did not get past the paperwork. They have a terribly written financial policy that states they will automatically charge your credit card after insurance claims have been processed. After speaking with someone on the phone, it sounds like there are more steps between the automatic charging, but that is not how the policy is written. I would never sign a document like that - it is extremely unethical towards the patient/consumer. I would suggest to them that they update their policy to be more clear. Although, as someone who has endured medical billing errors in the past and does not trust insurance claims to be processed perfectly every time, I would still not make an appointment with any provider that requires a credit card on file that has any sort of automatic payment policy.

Love Dr. Pearson and the staff at Clear Dermatology! Always receive great care and I never feel rushed during an appointment. Dr. Pearson is thorough, professional and takes time to listen to any questions or concerns. While most of my appointments have been at the North Scottsdale office, I've seen Dr. Pearson at all three locations and the staff is great at every office.

Emily and her assistant were amazing. So kind, gentle and caring. This is an updated review now for May 2024. I so appreciate my new place for DERM. Caring, personable, efficient, super kind, and highly skilled. Thank you EMILY!!! You are the BEST!!!

Always professional and very thorough and on time appointments

I've been coming to Clear Dermatology & Aesthetic Center for over 15 years and highly recommend them. They're truly the best! I just got a facial from Hannah and my skin looks great!

Impressed with the doctor and the exam seemed very thorough. They send a lot of emails but only send the required forms 1 hour before. Everyone in lobby seemed to be completing an endless series of paperwork. They don’t give good instruction oh how to find it once there. It’s not on the map in the parking lot. Also I think they should tell you that you can park anywhere it says “Patient Reserved”. The office was very full of patients. It was not possible to practice social distancing.

I have been going to Clear Dermatology for several months now. From the moment I walk in, I feel welcomed. Dr Yonan and his assistants are all very helpful. And Dr Yonan’s knowledge and expertise are excellent. He takes his time explaining everything to me, and is very careful and gentle during biopsies or procedures. Clear Dermatology is excellent!

Clear Derm at Thompson Pk office are great. They are right on time and Dr. Pearson and her assistant were great!

I trust Dr. Pearson with my skin and hair health implicitly! She's so kind and understanding and she's very knowledgeable about my conditions. I won't go to anyone else, as she's been so good to me! I also appreciate that she works at 2 locations in the valley, and I've been to both. They're clean, decorated beautifully and the staff is extremely professional! I highly recommend this practice for you, especially if you're experiencing hair loss or skin diseases! I appreciate that Dr. Pearson doesn't make me come in unnecessarily as well! Haley and Chira (her assistant) were outstanding: professional, jocular, efficient, solicitous, and attentive. Plus, my Rx was sent to the pharmacy expeditiously. I would give 10 stars, but that's not possible!
