Friendly amazing people and super helpful. Needed an OTR microwave (not standard size). They figured out what was wrong with mine and was telling me how to fix it. Then we saw some units that appeared to be the right size. Bought a new one. What place tries to help you repair your appliance and doesn't try to sell you new unit instead??? Recommended 100%

La cuisinière était défectueuse (problème du manufacturier) : le réparateur du Clearance Man est venu le lendemain pour le réparer mais comme nous n’étions pas encore satisfaits, il l’a échangé contre une autre cuisinière équivalente (et même supérieure) sans frais supplémentaire et a prolongé la guarantie. Nous sommes très satisfaits avec cette compagnie.
I purchased a fridge 3 years ago with a 1 year warranty. I had issues with my fridge and when I contacted them, out of courtesy they came and did everything they can to replace parts and try to get my fridge working. All to say I am very satisfied as they went above and beyond to make sure I have a well working fridge.

We bought a Highsense fridge about a year ago. The prices are very competitive, provided that you don't mind having few dents here and there on the appliance. Our unit has two tiny dents It is covered with magnets anyways. Dan was very helpful and provided a great service and suggestion within our budget. The delivery was on time, damage free, and they hauled away our old fridge. Overall a very pleasant experience. The fridge is working fine so far.
I bought a dishwasher that was suppose to “new” which got delivered on time - only to find the hose had been cut and it was missing mounting brackets. After contacting them, I was told they’d sent the pieces. They never came. Recently we come to find out that an entire propeller on the top part of the dishwasher was also missing, making the whole top rack of the dishwasher unusable. Definitely not what we paid for.

This is the first we ever heard of any issues from your girlfriend’s purchase in March 2023.. a year and half later you make a review? Anyway.. It clearly shows on invoice in English and French, the fastest method for any warranty issues or questions. We never received anything, if your girlfriend had any issues with the machine and contacted us like the invoice says we would have resolved everything the same week in March 2023. Instead the info on invoice was totally ignored, she contacted the delivery company, now a year and half later your leaving 1 star reviews.
As for the condition of the unit your talking about, yes 100% they are new, but the unit that your girlfriend bought was an open box floor model, although no scratches or dents like our dent and scratch section, there can sometimes be missing hardware like the mounting clips or the hose could have been damaged in moving around the store.. but these all could have been resolved immediately if we had known.
I know you like photos, so I’ve attached a photo of the bottom of the invoice showing our warranty info.
Please ask your girlfriend to send a message to the email on the invoice and we will have a technician come out immediately to rectify all the issues free of charge even though it’s a year and half after purchase.

We just purchased washer and dryer from Dave. We got a great deal with him and could not have been happier. Delivery was fast and within the time frame they gave us. The same night we did some washing and then went to the dryer and it started making a terrible loud noise. Dave answered right away and quickly rectified everything in less then 24hrs. Was a small repair for a pin that came out which we think during delivery. Amazing customer service. I will be back for the rest of my appliances. Beats any large box stores. Thanks again to Jerry and Dave as well to the young man who sold us the washer dryer.
