We assure you our cleaners arrived within the scheduled timeframe (as specified in the booking page and notifications), our reminders (e-mail & SMS), praised by many, can be customized to suit your preferences and our pricing can be see by all in the booking page. We take pride in transparency and fairness in pricing, all of which are clearly outlined during the booking process to avoid any confusion. We must also address the nature of our interactions. Respect and courtesy are fundamental to the way we operate, both in how we treat our customers and how we expect our staff to be treated. Unfortunately, in all points of contact, the exchanges were unpleasant, with heavy names being used and disrespectful language directed at our staff. We are deeply committed to the well-being and mental health of our team members, and it is essential to maintain a respectful and courteous environment in all interactions. In light of the above, and after careful consideration, we have decided it would be best for both parties to discontinue our service relationship.
