The cleaning team did an excellent job of cleaning my carpets which was a very high-traffic area . I'm glad to say they exceeded my own expectations. They were a pleasure to deal with and do i am very happy with my job. I would highly recommend Canadian Cleaning Company.

I have never posted a review in my life but stay away from this service! The cleaners themselves are lovely people and hard workers but management are awful. They failed to carry out an assessment of a two bed house for an end of tenancy clean, they booked it in for four hours and two cleaners - who only managed to clean two bedrooms and one bathroom?! It was bizarre as the bedrooms were basically empty and only needed dusting. They said we would have to rebook for another clean as he didn’t have the solutions to clean the kitchen. They had not cleaned the sitting or dining room at all. We were due to move in the following week and had a handyman coming in the meantime so this left us in a bad position. I called the Office Manager who was sympathetic and said she was shocked it wasn’t done in four hours, that they regularly clean 4/5 bedrooms etc. When it came to rebooking, I had to follow up at least 4 times to get a date and time. I was told the manager would ring asap but I had to follow up. They only confirmed the time of arrival the day before and again, because I followed up. We have to arrange to have someone work from home when the cleaners arrive or take time off so the lack of communication was very unhelpful. When the cleaners arrived, she said “so I’m scheduled in to do a light clean yes?” I couldn’t believe this, as the entire reason the original cleaner couldn’t do the kitchen the first time was he needed stronger solutions. The cleaner put me on the phone to the Office Manager who completely changed her tune, and was extremely rude. She said “we have now put 6hrs into cleaning this house”, as if it was my fault her staff were incompetent the first time around? I said that I was always clear the rooms downstairs were not touched, he said he tried to clean the kitchen but didn’t. She then said it wasn’t right that their team should have to clean up after the handymans work and that was additional work. I was extremely annoyed by this as I told her multiple times on the phone that the need for a reclean had put us in a bad position as the handyman would be there Tues - Thursday. At that point she told me “Stop telling me that you told me stuff before.” I was truly shocked by the lack of professionalism. In the end, she told me the Manager would call asap and that did not happen. The cleaners themselves (Joanne and Artur I think) went above and beyond, I was very grateful to them but I would never use this service again and would tell everyone to avoid it due to the shocking behaviour and attitude of management. AVOID!

A day in the making 🚘

I booked the clean4u for an end of tenancy cleaning, they were very responsive to arrange a service. But it ended up a big mistake, the worst thing is not that they missed cleaning the table legs and chairs in the living room or inner window frames when it opens, the worst thing is that they broke things (for example, the light cover in the bathroom, the handle of the cooker hood filter and the kettle, yes, the kettle) without letting you know when they left, and when you reached out their customer service, they claimed the apartment is in a bad condition and things prone to be broken. And they charge €200+ in total :) avoid by any chance!!!

I booked Clean for you to come and clean my 85 year old mothers house. They arrived on time, 8.30am and worked continuously for 5.5 hours. The two lads, Aaron and Alex were so lovely, very friendly and completed the job 110% to my satisfaction. I felt extremely comfortable leaving the lads there, and went about my business. I returned a couple of times to make sure everything was okay. The house needed a deep clean and I also requested for three carpets to be washed, the sitting room, hall stairs and landing and the master bedroom. I would highly recommend Clean for you and especially Aaron and Alex. Well done lads, from a very satisfied customer. Will definitely recommend to friends and family. Patrice Casey

The deep carpet cleaning was okayish the general cleaning was a way overpriced. I did not pay to see the kitchen carpet turned upside down and left dirty 😁. Kind of a joke of a service for the money spent. I was expecting a professional service. I do better general cleaning myself 🤣 and belive me a dislike cleaning. Anyway i am testing the market and def. Not returning to these guys. There are tone of better services with more competitive prices. 3 stars only for the deep carpet cleaning. It was really nice and now the carpets smell like haven. 👍

I got my studio apartment cleaned today by Monika & Ashvin. I am extremely happy with their service and work. They are very polite & friendly. The apartment is spotless. I will certainly book again and will mention to friends & family. Thank you very much.

I have used Renata’s company on two occasions and they are absolutely fantastic. On both jobs the team were superb - friendly & so hardworking. Monicka & her colleague were lovely.
