Paid in full for a deep cleaning that cost 415.00 in one of my properties, and they didn't do a thorough job. Overall bad Experience with this company starting with owner and staff. Do not do business with them unless you want to deal with attitude and threats.

We take all feedback seriously and strive to promptly address any concerns. Upon hearing your initial feedback, our cleaning crew made efforts to address those concerns to your satisfaction. However, due to aggressive behavior and yelling, they felt it necessary to prioritize their safety and leave the premises.
Following our discussions with you, we, the owners, committed to personally addressing the remaining areas of concern. After completing the additional cleaning, we conducted a thorough walkthrough with you to ensure your satisfaction. Once you confirmed the work was satisfactory, we finalized the service and issued the agreed-upon invoice. Throughout this process, we provided multiple opportunities for you to express any further concerns you may have had.
Your failure to fulfill payment obligations for the completed services prompted us to contact you regarding next steps. We were deeply troubled by the physical threats you directed toward us following our attempt to collect payment for services rendered.

We loved Clean Theory so much! They always did an amazing job with our house. Skye is kind, efficient and just wonderful. We cannot recommend them enough. It is expensive, but no more than any other cleaning service in the area. It was very worth it!

Skye is absolutely amazing! It's like Christmas every time she comes over. The house smells amazing and it is spotless! She does such a good job cleaning and her attention to detail in unmatched. She is just lovely. Working with Clean Theory was a great experience for me. Highly recommend.

We've been using Clean theory for about 6 months and they have been one of the greatest things to ever happen. We were a bit skeptical at the beginning because the pricing was just so reasonable compared to everything else we had encountered. The initial deep clean was very thorough and was a great start to what has been an amazing time with Clean Theory.
On top of them being awesome cleaners, Skye and Conley are awesome people and are very friendly. Jenny is always a pleasure to work with when coordinating, even going so far as to add a custom service to their list to provide laundry folding for us.
If you're reading this review you are on your way to making a good decision in hiring clean theory.
