My shipment was packed in March. It is now August and it still has not been delivered. I understand that the pandemic has impacted delivery times but not to this extent. Further to this, there has been a distinct lack of communication from the company. I have had to reach out to them numerous times, including prior to the packing had even taken place to find out when they were coming. I am really disappointed with this service.

We’d like to firstly pass on our apologies. The pandemic has created many challenges in the shipping industry, which have caused many knock-on effects to moving companies and some of our customers.
As communicated by our team at the time, inflated shipping costs initially caused some delay. We were able to secure a new booking once the rates stabilised, but pent-up demand created by the increased shipping prices resulted in a significant backlog. As a goodwill gesture, we offered to cover the costs to store your belongings should they have arrived and you were not available to take delivery of your goods.
Please know that our team have done, and will continue to do everything in our power to rectify the delay in you receiving your belongings. Feel free to call our team we’re more than happy to discuss the status of your delivery.

We have just used the services of Classic Moving to start our journey back to the UK from Singapore.
We have been extremely impressed and happy with the service so far from the initial contact and enquiry to the loading of our household goods onto the container to date. Our management contacts of Riamor and Dan have been first class from the moment we selected CM for our move - supporting us on what documents, process etc was needed plus with a very personal and speedy response on any questions that we had.
This high level of service and customer focus continued through with the packing and loading teams that ensured all of our belongings were carefully and safely packed, flexible in there approach to which rooms and items to leave until last and then working extremely hard and efficient to make sure everything was loaded and taken to their warehouse on time.
In addition even after our items were packed they kept the container open to allow us to put on a couple of last minute furniture arrivals that were delayed from other suppliers at their warehouse.
We would like to thank the Classic Moving team for their high level service and would certainly have no hesitation to use them again.

Classic Moving helped us with the Singapore leg of our HK-SG move. Even before the shipment arrived, Shidek was on top of the documentation necessary (helping me out when that went awry due to my own error) so that when the shipment arrived it was a matter of days before it was delivered. The unpacking team under Supervisor Jufri was exceptional. Within two days the entire contents of our home had been unpacked, assembled and arranged with efficiency, professionalism and a little humor. All this in the middle of a pandemic. Really well done!
