We have been working with Classic Displays for the holiday pole lights in the Town of Georgina since 2019. The professionalism and customer service was second to none with great communication regarding any issues. They have been flexible and understanding when things have come up on our end. In 2022, we purchased new decorative banner arms from Classic Displays. They went above and beyond during install to ensure everything was installed correctly and moved any of the winter infrastructure to ensure no issues in the future. Chris and David are great at communication and have always been there to help whenever we have needed them too.

My son was murdered two years ago. I ordered a bench from them to do a memorial for my son. They charged me almost $4000.00 Can you believe they charged me $350 to deliver.the bench.l Their customer service is very poor. No compassion, sympathy 🙏 💔 or empathy. They are as cold as ice. Do not use this company, they don't care about your grief, just the money.
