I had a great experience at MD Clarity Spa with Genevieve! She was incredibly friendly, professional, and made me feel comfortable throughout the entire treatment. The service was excellent, and she took the time to make sure everything was done with care. I really appreciated her positive attitude and attention to detail. Highly recommend Genevieve if you’re looking for great service and a relaxing experience!

BUYER BEWARE
Clarity MD has had the phone number of a minor child on their website for weeks (don't ask us how it suddenly came to be there)- We have been fielding calls and texts CONSTANTLY from unhappy people who placed orders weeks ago and never received product even though the money was taken from their accounts. I think to date- we're up to 50+ calls.
Clarity MD does not have an active number. They only use email and they SUCK at returning any response.
As far as we can tell from the number of calls we've gotten- this company is an absolute SCAM

No refund and poor support
The product caused serious health concerns, as my bloodwork improved only after stopping its use. While the company initially responded to my return request promptly, they have failed to issue my refund even a month after confirming receipt of the unopened order. Additionally, they stopped replying to my follow-up emails. This experience has been incredibly frustrating, and their customer service has been unhelpful and unresponsive.

Unresponsive and disappointing service
No response to inquiries or requests, which is frustrating and unprofessional. This lack of communication makes it difficult to resolve issues or feel valued as a customer. I expected much better service and attention.

Terrible customer service experience
My order was missing pills, and I also received an unsolicited shipment that I never requested. Contacting customer service for help has been a nightmare—they make it overly difficult to get any resolution. The whole experience has been incredibly frustrating, and I feel completely ignored.

Confusing order on line. I canceled and they still have charged my credit card, put an additional $5. Postage cost and a monthly reorder unchecked. That I s why n i canceled.

Charisse takes the best care of me and my skin. From services to skincare she makes sure I have what is suitable for my skin.
The most recent treatment I had was the Everess. TRANSFORMATIONAL. Before the treatment it felt like my face was melting into my neck. Now there is definition! My eyelids have also lifted. AMAZING.
Much to my surprise, my latest experience at Clarity was sub-par. I had been their customer for several years before moving out of state with no complaints. However, upon moving back and having a facial there this week, I was disappointed overall. The procedure I bought was a different price on the website than when I was charged at the office, my payment method was frowned upon (beware, CareCredit customers), the procedure itself was very lacking in quality for the price of it, and the staff I encountered were not very customer-focused. In short, there are other businesses nearby which provide the same services for a more affordable rate and superior customer service, comparably.

I got a quote from this business. I sent pictures. My removed tattoo was on my face. It wasn't very large at all. Upon my arrival, the front desk lady at the time was extremely rude. My technician was nice. However, upon checking out, the Front desk, lady informed me it would be an extra hundred dollars on top of what my original price was supposed to have been with no explanation. I asked to speak with a manager and she would not get the manager for me. Now paying a higher price I wouldn't have mind had she explained what was the reasoning behind the hundred dollar difference? There was no validation I would not recommend this business. I would recommend REMOVERY in Castleton. THEY are a lot more friendly and upfront about cost.
