I had 2 cases - one was Volotea, where they have already approved my claim and additional cost and the second one was Ryanair, where cancellation of the first flight was due to commercial reasons. For both submitted cases I got decline that this is out of their scope. So I am wandering what is then their scope of work?

The first approvement is done automatically and only in a 2nd step our legal expert researches the details and talks to a local lawyer about the detail of the case. "Out of scope" probably means that we can not execute or sue in the country or region of your flight (but I have to guess as I do not have the exact details of your case). The most common reasons are that we know that a specific court in a specific country is not able to handle a case in a appropriate time window. The 2 mentioned airlines nearly never pay voluntarily for this reason we think it the correct way to reject the case if it can not be enforced in time. I want to emphasis that we are probably one of the strongest flight claim companies in claim enforcement and we do not (like others) work with airlines but ONLY follow the interest of our customers. Nie polecam. Nie podejmują rękawicy, przeczytali odpowiedź linii lotniczej że to nadzwyczajne okoliczności, które nie zostały potwierdzone bo LOT odmawia udostępnienia dokumentów. W odmowie podjęcia sprawy dopisali "Należy pamiętać, że powyższe informacje nie powinny być traktowane jako wiążące oświadczenie." znaczy że sprawa wymaga wysiłku na który nie chce mi się tracić czasu. Nie polecam!
Thank you for sharing your feedback. In your case, the problem with the so-called "Dreamliner engine" is considered a manufacturing defect and, under Polish law, considered force majeure. We are experts in assessing whether it was "force majeure" or whether you can claim compensation. You saved money because if you had sued the airline yourself, you likely would have lost the case and would have had to pay for your own lawyer, the opposing party's lawyer, and the court. If you decide to sue the airline anyway, we would appreciate hearing from you about whether your claim was successful and whether our decision was correct.

Zaoszczędził Pan pieniądze, ponieważ gdyby pozwał Pan linię lotniczą samodzielnie, prawdopodobnie przegrałby Pan sprawę i musiałaby Pan zapłacić za swojego prawnika, prawnika strony przeciwnej oraz sąd. In your case, we contacted Wizzair and came to the conclusion that due to extraordinary circumstances, we could not claim the flight delay compensation for you. We are sorry for it and understand that you are disappointed. Anyhow, we have worked for free for you and have not charged a single penny. If you would hired a lawyer or another institution, you might have been charged without getting anything. Anyhow, you are free to sue Wizzair or do whatever you think is necassary.
