I DO NOT RECOMEND IT ! They are not serious at all ! After I sent them all the requested data and made me fill tons of papers and sign them, Agniezska, just replied that they have to close the case bus Wizzair just asked them to and they just can't do any research. I just lost my time. It's not worth it !!! They don't help you !!!AVOID THEM :((

In your case, we contacted Wizzair and came to the conclusion that due to extraordinary circumstances, we could not claim the flight delay compensation for you. We are sorry for it and understand that you are disappointed. Anyhow, we have worked for free for you and have not charged a single penny. If you would hired a lawyer or another institution, you might have been charged without getting anything. Anyhow, you are free to sue Wizzair or do whatever you think is necassary.
