Absolutely horrific e-commerce website that was riddled with issues from start to finish. When I eventually paid to get a new store built, the developer described my Castle Jackson website as a "dumpster fire".
When I had issues, I often would not hear from my Account manager for weeks, sometimes even months, sometimes not at all! Getting replies like "sorry we are really busy at the moment"
But I could always expect a phone call threatening to shut my site off, when they wanted an invoice paid. I constantly paid my bills late because the service was so terrible and I always had tickets outstanding for weeks on end.
The development team has zero creativity, they were unable to translate any of my concepts for the website into anything that worked, or was nice to use. Customers complained from the day it went live that it was difficult to use.
In the end end, I downgraded to a Hosting only solution, the support totally stopped, and the website did not even work. Sales dropped to literally $0 as people were unable to navigate the website, at all. They wanted me to pay to have it fixed, which naturally I refused.
Since moving to a new website built elsewhere, sales have picked up again almost overnight.
