You always wonder when you see a place with a 5.0 average review. But after staying at this place, I know why. The owners have thought of everything, from the detailed online guide to the neighborhood and city, to the house, including an impressively stocked and organized kitchen, wonderful sleeping accommodations, and a beautiful backyard. I'm not sure what I'd say, to improve the experience, short changing the weather (we were there during a major heat wave).

Everything as described. Unfortunately, the record player didn’t work (needle damaged by previous renter) which was a bummer. But overall as described.

This was a nice, clean, cozy version of a typical Sacramento neighborhood home, which we enjoyed for a weekend getaway – especially the hot tub. Everything was great and we don't really have any notes, aside from the house being very warm inside when we arrived on an already-hot day; however, that is probably more the fault of the Nest thermostat recognizing nobody was home for a couple days than the owners/managers.

Great place that has a wonderful backyard! a great day for entertaining or just catching up with friends and family. The host was always extremely responsive and went out of their way to accommodate our group.

Great place! A lot of really nice extras and a super backyard. The game room was very fun and the grill/patio set up was perfect for just the two of us but could definitely accommodate a group too. Such a nice place that allowed dogs - really exceptional for an Airbnb. We would go again for sure and would highly recommend if you're going to Sacramento.

Awesome residence with many amenities: pool table, pong pong. Old full size arcade games, record players with 3,000+ record collection. Backyard with full size outdoor kitchen & bbq. Many sitting places, gas fed heater around one of them. Fruit trees with fresh oranges

The host was so responsive, within minutes to all of my questions/ needs. The house was beautifully decorated and clean. I did not have any issues. The backyard is a wonderful oasis.

The stay was exactly what we wanted. A beautiful home with a nice space for entertainment, comfortable sleeping arrangements, and not too far from downtown by car.

The place was clean and spacious, love the decor they have going in the house. I’ve stayed at quite a few Airbnb but for some reason I felt right at home here. Love the backyard and how it’s set up, me and my team were able to get a few meals together back there. The hosts are incredible and extremely friendly, had an incredible experience here with the property and host, I would definitely recommend this place and would book again if I’m in the area.

This house was better than expected! I was very clean and organized. A lot of entertainment and amenities for cooking. The grill and backyard were do nice to enjoy! They even have an orange tree! The host was very responsive with any questions. I highly recommend!

This house was perfect for the weekend with my friends! we loved how the bars and clubs we wanted to go to were close by! Also, it was convenient that every room in the house had an Alexia, we were all able to listen to our own music while getting ready! overall this house was such a vibe! <3

Great for a family get together. The game room was awesome….and the record collection outstanding! Really provided a “hangout vibe”, which is exactly what we wanted. It was too cold to be outside, but the backyard would be ideal in warmer weather!

It was a haven of entertainment, equipped with electronic darts, a ping pong table that cleverly converted into a pool table, and a collection of classic arcade games that brought back nostalgic memories. We spent countless hours in there, laughing and competing, making unforgettable memories.Overall, we highly recommend this Airbnb for anyone seeking a weekend getaway filled with charm, relaxation, and endless fun.
