Once is enough
Lacking in customer relation. First call answered by a man. No friendly tone. No Ok sure, Yes, thank you. On the night before the rental, was given a phone number. Apparently the man I spoke to had to travel and asked me to liase with another number. On the day of self-collect at the location, I called the number and I got a dead continous tone. Not a working number I tried several times. By then I got fed up and texted the first guy told him. No response. I called him, ringing tone but didnt pick up. By this time I was 30 mins late to fetch my guests. Then he texted me back with ANOTHER number to call! Isnt he supposed to call and get the other party to get in touch w me? I called and a lady picked up said she will be coming down. No sign of her for over 15-20mins. Why would she take so long to come down from her HDB apartment just to pass me the baby chair?? Again I called, she said coming down. A few mins later a young guy in his early 20s showed up, passed me the chair.. no hello sorry for keeping you waiting etc...nonchalantly walked off. On night of return, called the lady to let her know..twice the phone rang twice she cut the call. Later she apologiesd bcos she was in a class. Reached there..same thing..waited 15-20mins, same young man came down took the chair and went off without a word. I texted the first guy on updating me on the refund. Message seen but NO REPLY. a few days later I sent another message and said 'PLEASE DO NOT IGNORE'. Finally got a reply with apologies and asking for the order no. so they can check and follow up. At least dont ignore your customer when they text to enquire something. Finally two days later I got my refund. Never again.
