Alan came to clean our floors and sofa in our static caravan today. The previous caravan owner had a pet and we often noticed pet odour as a result. What an absolutely faultless service we received today. The carpets and hard floors look like new! The sofa has been given a new lease of life. Alan is knowledgable and offers a top quality service. His van is fully kitted out with professional cleaning equipment. We have already recommended Alan to other caravan owners on the park and would have no hesitation in recommending to others. We had Alan come to clean a 4-seater sofa, armchair and foot stool. He was great - worked non-stop the whole time, took care to cover floors etc. The suite looks amazing - all stains removed and it all looks so fresh and bright! No hesitation recommending him. Thank you! đ

Our carpets have taken some hammer with a growing family and pets. Alan always responded quickly to any correspondence and came and did the clean today. He took a lot of time and effort to clean our sofas and our carpets. They look like new. All stains have been removed even those that had been there a while. Alan was amazing to deal with. Cannot recommend highly enough.

This guy is amazing. My sofa was very soiled and badly stained by kids, coffee, felt pen the dog you name it. It now looks like a brand new sofa its so clean. Fantastic local service and Alan is a top guy to boot

We recently had Alan clean the three sofas, an armchair, and a footstool we bought on Facebook Marketplace, and we're really happy with the results. This was actually our second time using Citrus Steam, and we highly recommend it! Alan did an excellent job removing stains and smells, and now our sofas look as good as new!

Amazing results
Alun is an expert. Reliable and personable. He cleaned the carpets in my sonâs 1st floor flat and had to run hoses up the outside of the property and through the windows to the 1st floor. Not many would want the hassle but he did a superb job on very soiled carpets-so much so that they looked as new as the day the were fitted. I will always use him from now on as I am impressed and delighted with his work.

Excellent service
Alan came to our holiday home and cleaned the carpet and two sofas. One of the sofas was particularly grubby after several years of use and itâs come up like brand new. Carpet has the âspringâ back in the pile. Lovely man and interesting chat. Definitely recommend to anyone and in particular anyone whose holiday home, caravan or motorhome needs refreshing.

Alan came all the way out to us in Hendomen and carried out a fantastic overhaul and clean of two wingback chairs that weâd purchased second hand.
Once he was finished they looked practically brand new and now almost a week later the clean fresh smell is still present and weâre very pleased with the outcome.
We will certainly be using CitrusSteam again in the future should we require this service. No hesitation to recommend them to friends and family alike. Thank you.

Amazing work done by Alan. cant fault the communication and the workmanship in getting our carpet cleaned after our disabled dog had an accident in the living room carpet. the carpet looked brand new and all the signs of the accident had been commpletley removed. We will definately use the service again. HIGHLY RECOMMEND TO EVERYONE

Alan really helped me out when I was pressed for time and had to have carpets cleaned right through prior to new tenants moving in as a requirement for my deposit being returned.
