The parking here is such a scam! It makes it seem like you can park in the lot while you just pick up your coffee. When I followed the signs and used the lot, they sent me a $90 parking ticket in the mail 2 weeks after the fact. I only went to CircleHouse and did not leave the premises. Extremely disappointed. Use the drive through I guess?? CircleHouse needs to figure it out.
The first few times I went here it was great but the service and quality has gone down tremendously. Specifically the young girl who works at the window with blue/colorful hair has the worst customer service attitude I’ve ever encountered. Not only does she get my simple order wrong every time I’ve dealt with her but then gives attitude when I ask her to fix it (which I don’t think is an outrageous ask when I already paid for it). I ordered a large lavender cold foam matcha and she gave me a medium, told me she’ll fix it and dumped the medium matcha into a large cup and added milk to fill it the rest of the way. The “fixed” drink I got is basically a large cup of iced milk…it’s not even near the color that matcha is supposed to be (it’s white).

A favorite local shop I frequent regularly. Their basics are solid and they have a seasonal menu that offers fun and fresh flavors. Parking can be difficult, but their drive-through staff are always fun and pleasant.

If you’re looking for a cafe with good, quick food, you have to come here!! I’ve been coming here for a few years now and it never disappoints. Most of the time, I go through the drive-through and everything comes out quick and my order is always right. Here and there I’ll also sit inside to do work and it’s always a good vibe and good atmosphere. There’s outlets at the table and good WiFi. Special thank you to Axel and Michelle—they always make it a phenomenal experience!!🫶🫶

This facility uses a private parking company for their parking area. The parking area also has pay by phone. Their private parking management system will bill you even though you’ve paid by phone. They are not the ones who receive payment for the parking they just use a camera to clock your entry and exit. I’ve provided proof I’ve paid, talked to the manager who claimed they’ll contact the private parking company but I’m still being harassed for a parking fine by a company not authorized to collect parking fees to PARK. How can you come to this place if you’ll be harassed over the parking. The only way to avoid is to leave in 30 minutes otherwise you’ll receive a fine. Be ware!

Kayon, my name is Stephen Tulloch owner of Circle House Coffee yes there’s a private parking lot that is service for the entire area. The entire parking lot has a 15 minute grace period for free parking. The camera system is owned and operated by a Parking management system.
