I went to CIH Hospital yesterday in an emergency to see an orthopedic surgeon. The surgeon himself was excellent , he properly examined my foot injury and applied a plaster professionally. But shockingly, I was then told to a nearby diagnostic center for an X-ray. For a patient already in pain, being asked to go to a nearby diagnostic center for an X-ray for such a basic facility is not only irresponsible but shows a complete failure in management. It is unbelievable that a hospital of this level cannot provide something as fundamental as an X-ray machine. I strongly suggest that the hospital management fix this serious gap immediately.
I got appointment via oladoc of 5:20 and got to see doc at 6 pm for my child ear cleaning. ENT Dr Umer did not put effort to remove a piece of cotton which was in kids ears instead ask me to submit 5000 rs more over there consultation fee of 2000 rs to remove it in OT. It took them 2 min to remove which can be done here in doc office also. Fraud staff they scare you then charge you. PATHETIC HOSPITAL AND STAFF INCLUDING BUCHER DOCTOR. Sham on you guys.

Fraud staff and doctor overcharging for a task which can be done in room. Better to go PIMS Hospital than this so called hospital.

We want to get a check up by ortho doctor there ,in firsr visit they welcomed us and were nice ,dr Aun asked us to show him some Xrays ,and said dont to get pay for that , next time we went therr and the uncle on the reception started to makes excuses ap bethain ,dr se puch k batata hun this and that and he didnt move from there for quiet a good time ...

Aap is dafa bina appointment aaye thay, is liye thoda wait karna pada jab tak doctor available hote. Har patient ke liye proper time aur tawajju zaroori hoti hai, is liye walk-in patients ko thoda wait karna par sakta hai.
Aap ke cooperation ka shukriya, aur behtar service ke liye humesha appointment ke sath ana behtareen rehta hai.
