He will stay on the phone with you whether it takes 10 minutes or 3 hours. He cares about his customers deeply. I will never buy another program other than his. Roy was a good person to talk to. He set up and manage his church management software which is very simple to use. My issue is that it did not have all the software and programs we need such as writing & printing our own checks plus state and tax forms we need. Other than those items I believe any small church could easily use the program.

We installed Church Books 3, six or seven years ago. A problem surfaced recently, the problem was repaired with updates within 24 hours. The tech team was excellent. Highly recommend this company.

I came across this program in my continuing quest to find a simple yet efficient piece of software for the aspects of church management. I have looked at dozens over the years, but none fit the niche of my church. Either to complicated, bulky, missing functionality, or the like. Nor did any strike me as church management( in my mind) rather than being accounting platforms or growth marketing materials. From my first look at CurchBooks, I knew this was it. And after the presentation, I was sure that I had found what I was looking for. I spent one day and a couple of calls for clarification and bought the
program the next day. Using it is indeed simple, yet has the functionality to deliver fast results. I highly recommend this program to any small to medium sized congregation. You won't be disappointed!!!!!!
