The main course was pretty good. My chimichanga and sides were well cooked and seasoned. The cheese inside my wife's enchilada wasn't melted and had a crazy amount of lime juice in it. My chief complaint is with the salsa and the soda fountain. The salsa tasted like someone dumped a bucket of salt in it and the Pepsi tastes like the fountain either needs to be cleaned, or the syrup was expired. The prices weren't too bad and I'm only not giving 3 stars because the staff was on point.

Extremely LONG wait for an entree. Arrived at 4:30 pm. ordered dinner at 4:35pm. Did not recieve any food until 5:30pm. 55 minute wait to eat. Completley unacceptable. Mind you, this scenario has played out every time I have gone here for the last 3 years. Imploring management to focus on speeding up the service of food.

Excellent. A couple of times a year, myself and wife go up to Chucks for a good steak dinner. It's about a 45 minute drive. I miss the West Haven site, it was always my go to for a good steak or Prime rib meal. Prime rib was perfectly cooked, we opted not to get starters.. but had the house salad. This is not a cheap place to eat, BUT you get what you pay for! The quality of the meat is always top notch and melts in your mouth. This place puts Texas Roadhouse to shame when it comes to quality! Amazing place! Fantastic margaritas and I've never once had a bad experience here or with any of the staff here either. Gets busy at night and weekends, pretty typical but there's an area of open seating and an option to make a reservation. The Rosa-Rita is amazing and will never do you wrong (though it doesn't taste like tequila.. so it might after too many 😅). 10/10 recommend
