Horrible costumer service i placed an order at 6:00pm got mh order # waited 2 hours with nothing reached out to support 3 times with nothing even tried their online chat with nothing....i do not recommend this site to anyone

Tried to order from CC today and was met with complete disrespect. I asked them to honour there advertisements on thier website and they refused which resulted in me canceling the order . Claims to not supposed to be open today but was able to receive my order from the website . The first few times was great but I know a new owner took over and his been running it into the ground . Horrible customer service and I was called rude and demanding over . What I ordered was not in stock so they called me and asked to replace with something cheaper but than not willing to even out the difference and so I asked them to and now I’m rude and demanding . If any ones is thinking about re ordering from this place just don’t . Save your self the headache and the longer than 3 hour wait and go else where lots of online places . Product is good . But honestly just not worth the hassle . I do still have all the messages if any one at CC wants to dispute my review I’m more than happy to pass them out :)
