I ordered a Kinect from this place on 8/26 said it would be here by 9/6. 9/6 has come and gone and still nothing. I’ve tried to reach out via email and have yet to get a response.

Great Customer Service

I sent him my WORK iPad two months ago. Right after he told me the repair should be done soon, I was ghosted and have not been able to get a hold of anybody. One of the numbers listed on their front door doesn't even belong to them, unless it is him and he's just lying to me. I'm going to file a report with my work and I'm sure they'll get the police involved. It is government property after all.

Huge selection of video games, laptops, phones. Even vintage systems like Commodore, Apple II and Atari.

Terrible they're closed almost all the time why not just go out of business this is ridiculous.

I need to pick up my I pad tha was in for repairs. I have called all current and old phone numers with no response

not satisfied at all took my phone there twice to fix a broken screen just to find out they used old parts, messed up my phone and rewired it wrong. My phone now has lines through it turns on and off on its own and had to order a new. One because this one doesn’t charge anymore or work barely! Tried to call the owner on Shawn’s personal number to get help and. Clear things up and get a refund but I left a voicemail and he blocked me! Nott very professional if you ask me also there store isn’t clean in the slightest!

Took my iPad in for repairs he’s had it for over 2 1/2 months and not repaired at all. I have called and text and left messages with no return. Next recourse of action will be to file a police report and a small claims lawsuit

Didn't even want to give a star. Very unsatisfied customer here & will NOT recommend Choppin It Up Electronics for service unless you want your SD Card taken & not given back. I ask Shawn Dixon to get all my files, photos, & saved voice messages from my old phone to my new phone, all he did was put my apps back on. He kept my SD card with all my little girls NEW BORN pictures on it when he asked if I wanted it back (he shouldn't have even took it out in the 1st place unless he was going to put it in the new phone). So in other words he kept my ONLY child's baby pictures. I'm sure he Erased the SD card flip it around & sold it. My new phone even has his phone contacts, email programed in it, & calendar events on it (was he going to keep my new phone, I think so). He even had it in his pocket when he went to jail. Then he even turned around & said that the picture I sent him was a picture of a SIMs card. If you don't know the difference between a SD card & a SIM card you don't need to be in a business like that. I didn't even deal with him in person, he sent someone out to get the phones'. Good company ethics.

I was so wrong about shawn...he actually helped me get my phones working great...I would highly recommend him

Brought my son’s PS4 in for a new optical drive in January. It has again started to not eject the disk. I went to use the eject screw and discovered that three of screws on the back are missing, 2 screws on the inside are missing, and it looks like drive was not replaced. . The case looks nice and clean though.

Won't return calls, shop is closed. Not sure if they are still in business. Finally went to PhoneZone in the Pueblo Mall.

Friendly, professional, and very well priced. Choppin IT UP is doing it right.

I took my iPhone 12 there to get fixed. It was done in 2 hours. Great Customer Service. The price was good too. Definitely recommended

I am a single mother working two jobs. My father, trying to help my kids during pandemic learning, purchased an iPad for them on Facebook Marketplace from Choppin It Up Electronics. He was asked to pay using Venmo, which he did. He was told that they would ship out the iPad. My daughters never received the iPad, nor proof that it was ever even sent. The business originally said there was some issue with Venmo and that they would send it out in 3 months. Then, this business stopped picking up his phone calls, returning his calls, and responding to his messages. Unfortunately because my trusting father used Venmo he is out $285. This business took advantage of someone who didn’t know better, and was trying to do a good thing for his grandkids. SHAME on them. Hopefully this review will save someone else the grief of doing business with dishonest people.
