The places is nice, the chocolate is good, but way over prices. To be honest I'm a bit disappointed in the quality for how much I paid

I am sorry you were disappointed. I use the highest grade of chocolate available. On January 1st the price of chocolate around the world increased by 45%. I made the decision to continue with the ingredients that have pleased my customers for the last 25 years. I increased the prices by 20% and took the hit. Chocolate is in a shorter supply due to climate change and diseases in the crops. I really do not want to use anything of lesser quality.

When did you purchase chocolates? I have checked my records and you are not a customer. I understood you may not like me. The chocolates are not overpriced based upon the ingredients and packaging. This is an attack not a review.
Chocolat Celeste is my 1 stop shop for valentines. I happened upon this hidden gem 10 years ago. The truffles come in several varieties and always deliver happiness. The service is great, and the atmosphere has always been pleasant when I visit. My loved ones look forward to receiving Chocolat Celeste truffles.

very rude when i called in to see what their hours were. they picked up the phone and hung up on me more than once. very disappointed.

I sorry you had this problem. I’m curious? Did someone speak to you or not? We had many calls in a row from a google sales group for a Christmas Eve. I hope you were not in that sting of calls.
