It's so expensive and taste is not that great. You can find alternative Indian restaurants in this area which has 20-30% cheaper rate and much tasty food

Decor is nice (much of it retained from the previous restaurant on the same site)

Reasonable pricing
Only issue is the menu structure... Many of the best dishes are on the 'large plate' options that come with rice/bread and aren't available on their own so ended up ordering fewer than I would have done.

Food was very tasty and 'clean', meaning, not greasy and freshly made. Great atmosphere, lovely, modern interior with exposed bricks and speedy and attentive service. My only criticism is that we would prefer to have smaller plates of the main course for variety.

Nice decor but food is MEDIOCRE, bland & UNDERWHELMING
I was really looking forward to trying this restaurant as I don’t live far away. The decor is nice and the service was good, friendly and she explained the menu well. But sadly, the food is just mediocre and underwhelming. Everything is tasteless. We ordered quite a few dishes, samosa chaat, the pani puri, the chicken roll and the “signature” lamb curry. We didn’t like anything. The roll tasted more Mexican than Indian. Nothing was signature about the curry either. I’ve been to so many Indian street food restaurants because it’s my favourite cuisine. These guys just don’t come close to the standard of the others. It’s disappointing when you leave a restaurant paying £85 and you don’t like anything you had. We sent the pani puri back because it was horrendous but the “manager” actually said she couldn’t take it off the bill because they had already made it. My advice to this restaurant is to try out their competitors selling the same dishes so they can see first hand how low the standard and quality of food they are serving is. Don’t waste your time going here. Go to Roti Chai in marble arch. It’s outstanding! Sorry but it’s a hard no from me.

I wish I had taken some pictures but our meal here was just fantastic. This isn't your typical chicken korma and naan bread restaurant. The street food small plates are so varied and interesting, from the samosa to the flavourful and savoury Malai chicken we couldn't fault a thing if we wanted to. We tried loads of dishes and they were all great. I also really enjoyed the tandoori paneer dish, it was spicy but balanced and we had plenty of sauces for if the heat was a little much. The Dahl main with chapati was just perfect. I wish the greatest success for this business as they are offering something that you won't find on every high street. Thank you to the staff and hopefully you have a great summer

There’s not much chit chaating going on at this place. The only thing we spoke about was the fact that our tap water smelt & tasted funny before realising it had food bits in it. Two stars for the tasty chips.

Authentic Indian food
When people passionate about food, the results can be quite outstanding. High Barnet has been screaming out for an authentic Indian restaurant. This place has actually filled that space. We had the most amazing Indian food adventurous tasty and the people in their very family orientated and Are Are Lovely . my daughter and I had some amazing food which was a nice way of introducing my daughter to Indian food that is authentic and good unlike the other restaurants in the area which are more touristy English menu food is not authentic to Indian food so miss those guys out and go to chitchat. This place is outstanding. love the small plates they were really nice reasonable choice of wine and the atmosphere is quite nice too. People are lovely fully recommend this place to anybody that actually wants authentic, Indian cuisine.
