The waitress was attentive, food which was very good was brought out in a timely manner and at appropriate temps if not a bit hot but that’s great and ensures freshness. Location was moderately busy at not quite 1pm so I was pleased with food and service as far as being there at the end of lunch rush.

We had a party of 10. Our server couldn't have been any better. She was always there with refills without asking and very attentive at request for extra napkins, etc.
Our food all came at the same time and was hot and well prepared.

We visited the Chili’s Greenwood, IN location Tuesday evening and our waiter Daniel was phenomenal! He was attentive, polite, helpful, friendly and funny! Our order was accurate and he was quick to bring us any refills as needed…
He is a huge asset to the Chili’s staff!

The service was Amazing, the Chicken Bacon Ranch Quesadillas were delicious and so was the enchiladas soup and potato soups we had! We always enjoy the chips and salsa as it is a staple at Chili’s!
We hope to have Daniel again as our waiter next time we are there!

Yuck, just yuck. This is the NASTY glass (cheap plastic) with that nasty white coating of dirt and grease that my drink came in.

Their chicken strips are weirdly tough. Not sure how chicken can be tough, but they were. Don't recommend. But the cajun shrimp pasta is excellent!

My Wife and I came in for our very special Weddding Anniversary yesterday for lunch. Our waitress Shannon, wow she went above and beyond for us. She recommended some amazing dishes, our drinks were always filled. What really meant the most to us was that she actually cared. Cared about us and our love story. We spoke of things we hasn't thought about in years. So Thank You Ms. Shannon you made our night and unforgettable one. We will be back and hope to get you!

My experience tonight was absolutely amazing! Elizabeth was attentive, kind, and so sweet. Our food came out super fast, and the atmosphere was welcoming from the moment I walked in. I was greeted right away, and Elizabeth was quick to our table with great energy. Everything was wonderful! I highly recommend this location—five stars for Chili’s and a million for Elizabeth!

Very first time trying Chili's, and it could've definitely been better. We arrived as soon as they opened and had multiple waiters and waitresses at our table instead of just one, so the service took longer and caused some confusion with items, though they were all very nice. The food was nice and fresh, but lacked flavor very basic. I'd say the best thing we got was steak and mozzarella sticks. All the other food, burgers, and chicken tenders were very basic nothing to make me go out of my way to have it again.
