Food is good (but fries were a little on the salty side). Service was great and wasn't to busy. Was told there was a 10 minute wait, but we were seated in about 3 minutes.

This is usually good, but on or last visit the ribs were terrible. Very fatty and tough. We come here for the ribs, and we are rarely dissatisfied. Hopefully it was a one-time bad experience.
Update 9/27/23: We have been here 2 more times for the ribs. Each time was worse than the previous. Sadly, we won't be returning which is sad since it was one of my favorite places to eat.

Little noisy I'm sure it has to do with my age being old and all that. Like their dishes always well seasoned and fresh ingredients

We had the chicken quesadillas as our meal and the food was great just a little pricier than I expected. Our server was awesome, very attentitive.

Ordered take out - it took a long time - waited and waited - They were having issues getting the sides ready for the meal. I finally asked for a refund while I stood inside waiting for the pick up. Asst. Manager came right over, offered a refund but would take a few days to process back to the card. Then stepped in and personally expedited the order - Told me he would process the refund and I told them I got my order so that was not necessary - I just wanted the food at the promised time - I will give them more chances in the future...

I’m 23 years old, and I have never been to Chilis. Today my girlfriend decided to bring me, holy cow I was not disappointed. The Mac n cheese dawg is so gas. The only thing I had a problem with was the cheese on the Texas fries, all stuck together like cheese does but it cooled fast you got one piece of cheese and ya pull the entire thing of cheese of the plate. Other than that no complaints, service was great too! Didn’t get her name but taller lady with glasses, on the paler side (not to trying to offend, sorry if I did) she was great!
